What is the MRA?
The Sweetpatch MRA copies files
in and out of your FIFA games. It currently supports:
- Fifa RTWC 98
- *World Cup 98 (temporarily withdrawn as naming convention clashes with World Cup 2002)
- Fifa 99
- Fifa 2000
- Euro 2000
- Fifa 2001
- Fifa 2002
- 2002 Fifa World Cup
It does this by maintaining a set
of patches and favorites which can be copied into and out
of your FIFA game as required. This is especially
useful if you:
- wish to benefit from the many
excellent Super Patches
which are available
- always want to load in your
Favorite patches, i.e. balls, turfs, kits, etc... every
time you play FIFA irrespective of which Super Patch you
have loaded
- wish to benefit from various
add-ons and patches which are provided for the game
- partake in any modem leagues,
cups or ladders which require specific sets of files loading
In essence
the MRA enables users to:
New in 2002 version:
- Install ANY Fifa patch into the game, either straight into your game or into your MRA Patches directory first. No longer does the MRA just support Super Patches! Any patch is good enough for Sweetie now!
- Go direct to your favourite patch Download Centres including:
- Soccer Gaming Download Centre
- Sweetpatch Download Boutique
- Sweetpatch Patches Database
- Run your favourite utilities (if they are not on your PC you can download them direct from the MRA!) including:
- Music Manager 2001/2
- FEd 2001
- Sweetpatch Menu Master
As always:
- Maintain records of all your
installations of FIFA games from Fifa RTWC 98 to 2002 Fifa
World Cup
- Maintain all your loaded Patches
and Favorites including the paths to all the relevant
files
- Load in the required files for
the Patch you would like to play
- If you have any Favorite patches
which you always want loading into your FIFA game then
this can now be achieved based on the Windows Favorites
theory
- Save the current games settings
for the Patch you have played before loading the next
patch (great for keeping those team management changes)
- Uninstall the existing Patch
to reset your FIFA game to its original settings
- Benefit from the many Super Patches and Patches that are now available.
This means with one MRA and one install of FIFA you can
benefit from any of the Patches when you wish
- Use Skins
for enhancing the visual impact of your MRA
- Operate in any of the available
Languages
- Launch your FIFA game
The MRA has been designed to be
as easy to use as possible. But as with all technical
programs, it does need a degree of understanding of its
purpose (especially for
loading the patches correctly), on the part of the user,
for it to be operated successfully and for maximum benefit
to be obtained. It is for this reason that the MSS
has been designed.
