CEP 2.1 Update fixed and Filefront misteries |
I really don't know how this was technically possible anyway yesterday the CEP 2.1 final update (that has been tested during the last months) presented some corrupted (badly archived and so unreadable) data inside the exe on the Filefront servers: as I re-tested the update without problems I tried to download it from Filefront resulting in an error in career selection zone 3 and 4. I'm VERY disappointed by the things happening with filefront uploading, so I reupped, redownloaded and retested and now the game works as it has to do. Please, all the users who downloaded the update during the day of yesterday (27/10), redownload from Downloads page the update for CEP06 that now is correctly working. News Reporter:

CEP06 2.1 final update released! |
After months of hard work on bugs fixing and, especially, rosters update to the 2006/07 season (including new youths, new and updated players that you never saw in a soccer game), the final update for CEP06, namely CEP 2.1 update is ready for download as the last patch released for Career Expansion Patch for Fifa 2006.
You will find inside it a massive update for the following leagues: - Argentina Primera Division
- Belgium League (a FULL update)
- Bolivia Torneo
- Brazil Serie A
- Chile Primera Division
- Colombia Copa Mustang
- Croatia League
- Greece League
- Ireland Eircom League

This final release is aimed for all the FIFA gamers that want to wait to play with FIFA 2007 and that still love the 2006 version of the EA game. Note that you don't need any previous updates before the 2.1 (just apply over your CEP 2.x version); as usual you can find the CEP 2.1 final update in the Downloads section. News Reporter:

CEP06 2.1 and CEP07 3.0 details |
Today or tomorrow I will publish for all the 2006 CEP users the final update for the CEP 2.0, namely the CEP06 update 2.1, that will contain all the fixes for the bugs reported and a massive rosters update for a lot of teams.
I'm very proud to include in this list of updated leagues some tournaments as USA MLS and South American leagues that lacked of a real update. I checked personally every single club website to include all the new players and the most updated rosters to the present season, you will be delighted by the presence of all the new promises of championships like United States MLS, Brazilian Serie A and so on. In the meanwhile the work on CEP07 (that will be the CEP07 3.0 as first version) is at a very good point: basically I have completed the long and complex conversion of the db, of all the assets and gui elements and partially of the kits: when the kits conversion will be finished the first version of CEP 3.0 for Fifa 2007 will be ready and we can start the betatesting. In the following hours I will post the detailed announcement about betatesting so we can start working together quickly to release the first release for Fifa 2007. So, stay tuned on Sweetpatch because we are going to revolutionise Fifa 2007 too, and considering how good are the improvements done by EA be sure that your FIFA experience will be something really astonishing! CEP rosters update |
The work on the massive transfers and rosters update for CEP 2006 is near to be completed and will be released as a final patch for the 2006 version of the CEP during the next week together with the fixing of the various bugs encountered during these weeks. This update will be the basis too of the conversion of the CEP for the 2007 version of Fifa that will feature all the leagues updated to the current season, with the rosters completed by the new youth promises of the various teams. The first release scheduled for Fifa 2007 will be an exact conversion of the last version for 2006 of course including all the rosters updates. Only after this first release of CEP07 we'll start working on the new leagues that we'll implement in Fifa 2007, so that the first CEP07 release should be available on the last week of November or first week of December (after an intensive betatesting) while the new version is scheduled on January/February 2007. You can find the status of the updating work in CEP 2006 section of CEP website. News Reporter:

CEP 2.03 Update |
A new update for CEP has been released fixing main problems segnalated until now on CEP forums, in detail:
- Fixed windowed mode and custom resolution by default - Done some minor missing transfers - Partially updated new Mexican Primera A - Fixed some Argentina league ratings - Fixed a crash with Argentina league in tournament - Fixed a turkish team duplication in Champions League - Fixed some adboards missing - Fixed logos of Guarani (PAR), Ind. Santa Fe, Depo Saprissa - Wide update for Australia A-League
Note that if you want to use other gameplays and the original EA field you'll have to reinstall the Gameplay Revert patch again after the installation of this fix: you can find the updated and the other files in the Downloads section. Some users are reporting problems with Brazilian second division (Serie B) while on the majority of the users (and on my own version) this division works perfectly (as it's shown here): as I have not been able to understand the problem if someone has an idea about this feel free to post your suggestions on this thread: the only rational explication can be a corrupted download, in this case I suggest to just redownload the entire patch and see if it works. In the meanwhile, thanks to Rinaldo, the work of conversion of CEP for Fifa 2007 has been started and as soon as the game will be released we can provide a release date for 2007 version of Career Expansion Patch: for the 2007 version we'll have no reason to hurry up (as has been with CEP 2.0 for many causes..), so the testing phase will be long and wide.News Reporter:

CEP 2.02 fix released |
I've released an update for CEP 2 versions that resolves the main problems segnalated until now on CEP forums: mainly related to Argentina league and some transfers of the very last minute. This fix updates the Mexican Primera A too partially (still missing the 6 new created teams in this division, that will be added in 2007 version); some problems with Ecuador duplicated league too. Please be sure to jump on CEP forums if you have any problem to segnalate so that while we are starting the work on Fifa 2007 version we can have a final update for the 2006 version too. You can find the new fix in the Downloads section.News Reporter:

New mirrors for CEP 2.0, let's convert the kits for 2007 |
The traffic ot these two days generated on Filefront has not allowed many users to download the last CEP version: we reached more than 8.000 downloads only in the first two days and there are about 3.000 more from the mirror servers provided during this beginning for a total of 10.000 and more downloads in the first 48 hours.. To resolve this situation I have provided some mirrors available on CEP forums here and I'm reuploading a 2.01 version (a version that doesn't need the 2.01 fix) so I hope the situation will improve. In the meanwhile I've already started the work on Fifa 2007 version of the CEP: I hope that all the users of 2006 version can provide their feedback especially about rosters update and fix to apply (this is very important for the south american leagues and for the secondary European leagues not included in the original game): you can submit your contribution by mail or posting on the forums, as usual. For the most important rosters update maybe we'll release a database patch for the 2006 version too.
I'd like to share with CEP users my very first impressions of the Fifa 2007 formats, i.e. the innovations that has been done to the graphic and db files, so you can share this very first part of the work of conversion we'll perform during this period before the official release of the game.
The first very positive surprise is about the ai settings of the new incoming fifa: just in the first lines I discover that in Fifa 2007 we will have reduced field size, just how together with Fifaccitiu here at CEP we did during this summer: instead of the old 6450 x 4300 field size we have now a 5760 x 3840: CEP 2.0 introduced for first a 5300.0 x 3890 size, so you can imagine how much we are satisfied about this decision of EA. A great beginning, indeed.
Following the analysis of the new settings I noticed new "DFK" settings: strings related to ball spin that, I think will be the core of the new promised ball physics: these new physics are tuned by dozens of new ball behaviour settings, so at least we can be sure that EA really studied new solutions for this aspect of the game. There some more new strings about shooting with very detailed commented description so I'm sure that tuning the gameplay will be more interesting this year. There new difficulty parameters too, about aerial contrast, "transition" pressure (maybe EA took some advices from Mourinho :D) and these too seem very interesting. Good surprises from ai then, we'll have to check how all this works in game.
Let's pass to the gui elements: Minikits are absolutely the same, and this is a very good new for conversion tasks, same for Logos and Flags. Kit format is different: the new format allows more detail and sleeves (no more blur league logos) but a bit less detail on front shirt too, while it introduces a new system for captain band that is a an external element inside the fsh (an 8x8 pixel square, but most probably you can mount 64x18 armband here), different from the kit fsh itself: this is indeed interesting, but will present surely some incovenience for a fast conversion of the kits: I doubt that a fsh without this 8x8 external element will work in game..
The last consideration are about the database, that represents an evolution of the fifa 2006 db: much more generical faces, for first: there are about 150, and much more shoes by default too: about 50. Many career settings and tables have been moved or created inside the db, as for cpu approaches, offers, expectations, loaned players list, player xp growth (yeah, looks like there are a bit of "rpg elements" in fifa this year :D), team prestige (that changes during the season) and, most interesting of all, a new table related to "youth accademy": most probably we'll have to let grow young talents in our club and this is indeed a very interesting addon in the career modality. The playerwrite (name, surname, development, contract, birthyear) and the players (stats info) tables have been unified, and this is very useful for a good editing: players have now new 0-100 statistics: Passing has been divided in Shortpassing/Longpassing, there is Finishing, Reactions (a non-gk version of Reflexes), GKDiving for goalies and Freekicks ability. Players have now very interesting unique semi-rpg attributes: i.e. being inflexible, capacity of identification in the club, prone to scandal (!!), mediadarlin, low training work etc. etc.: VERY interesting and a very great idea. Players now have a learningspeed and a playing style that has to be discovered together with an international reputation.
The structure of the tournaments seems almost the same, there is a new goodie about the name shown on the players shirts that now can be setted as you want (for example GIO for Giovanni Van Bronkhost etc.), the new settings of the teams are very interesting too because you can set the amount of the initial budget of the team: finally you can have very good teams, for example the south american ones, that anyway doesn't have a good budget. There is a new division between the international and the domestic prestige too. On the overall we can without doubts affirm that EA REALLY did something to improve its game and to offer something new: only playing we'll discover if this work already gave its fruits: personally I'm very optimistic about the 2007 incarnation of Fifa.
Having understood which is the format used by Fifa 2007 I decided to start what is the main thing needed for a quick conversion of the CEP for the new version of the game: the conversion of the kits. For this purpose I realized a very easy video tutorial so that everyone can see how to convert a kit from CEP 2.0 in the new 2007 format in a fully importable bmp file. If you want to partecipate to the conversion progress of the CEP kits for Fifa 2007 just jump on CEP forums here and give your disposition: you will be able to download the tutorial and you will receive instruction on how and on which to start working: if we are able to compose a team of 10/15 persons we'll have all the material ready before the release of the game, keeping the style of collaboration and coperation of the CEP team. CEP 2.01 fix: Field dimension problems :( |
I'm really sorry for all the CEP users, but I discovered that there has been a problem in packing the last files of CEP 2.0: due to this problem there have been many problems on field dimensions not shown properly: I've uploaded a very small hotfix in the Downloads page that resolves this problem adding two string to the situation.ini file:
FIELD_LENGTH = 5300.0 FIELD_WIDTH = 3890.0
so you can do it by yourself if you don't want to download from filefront; the hotfix resolves the problem with the default windowed mode and resolution too. Alternatively if you have the CEP Gameplay 2.0 you can install it and it will fix the problem. I'm very sorry for what happened but the last hours before of the release have been a little frenetic, I hope everyone can fix this small problem (reverting to other gameplays resolve this problem too), in the meanwhile I'll upload a new CEP version cleaned from this inconvenience. Sorry again. News Reporter:

CEP 2.0 download traffic, clarifications on gameplay and windowed mode |
As for the previous versions of the CEP the first hours of release of the CEP 2.0 are a bit problematic for Filefront, due to the very big traffic generated: we reached 2000 downloads just now but this means that a lot of people are unabled to get the patch from the Filefront account in which is actually upped. I'm searching for alternative mirrors but please consider that for what I know only filefront can host without bandwith limitation files of 500 mb: if anyone has the possibility to provide an alternative mirror for CEP 2.0 don't hesitate to post it on CEP forums to collaborate in CEP distribution: Sweetpatch will keep you informed when new mirror servers will be available.
I'll post one more time the notes about gameplay modification included in CEP 2.0 and windowed mode/resolution settings: the CEP gameplay has been included automatically because it modifies some of the original zdata, so that was necessary to pack the patch exactly as it has been realized with the related fifa.fat and big.fat structure: as you read, anyway, it's absolutely easy reverting to other gameplays downloading the Gameplay Revert, while a correct installation of CEP 2.0 gives no problem with the dimensions of the pitch (and maybe you should try it before reverting). Tecnhically the new lines of the field are contained in the zdata_35.big as the file "m38__.0" that overwrites the original one contained in previous zdata: the gameplay revert contains a zdata_35 that doesn't have this m38 file and the ai files without the new field size: with a simple fatbhbuilder.exe you'll have the original field size again and can install whatever you want. If the problem persists (theorically impossible) just delete the zdata35. The resolution and windowed mode has a very simple solution (if you want to modify the default CEP settings): just modify your locale.ini.
Be sure to read the following, that has been posted in the very first lines this morning, but seems like not everyone noticed it:
Some VERY IMPORTANT NOTES (read carefully): If you don't want to use the included CEP gameplay be sure to download and install the Gameplay Revert patch in the Downloads section, to be applied after CEP 2.0 installation: at the end of each installation you have to perform a quick fatbhbuilder.exe; if the field size are not correct and you want to try the CEP gameplay just download the CEP Gameplay 2.0 from the downloads section. For many users the game will start in windowed mode and with a custom resolution: change your locale.ini settings if you want to modify this: just remove the windowed mode line and change the resolution as you prefer. CEP 2.0 Released! |
The CEP 2.0 has been released together with the Kits Addon 3.0: a total of 600 mb to give you the widest soccer experience on the Fifa games, be sure to check the readme during the installation and the FAQs after it, though if you have a clean Fifa you'll not have any sort of problems with the user-friendly installation of this last version of Career Expansion Patch. This is, as anticipated, the last version for Fifa 2006, updating all the original leagues in the game to the 2006/07 season and adding an impressive number of new teams, tournaments and leagues, all available in the career modality.
Some VERY IMPORTANT NOTES (read carefully): If you don't want to use the included CEP gameplay be sure to download and install the Gameplay Revert patch in the Downloads section, to be applied after CEP 2.0 installation. For many users the game will start in windowed mode and with a custom resolution: change your locale.ini settings if you want to modify this: just remove the windowed mode line and change the resolution as you prefer.

CEP 2.0 is ready, some news on CEP 2007 |
I'm glad to announce that the CEP 2.0 is ready: I received the last minikits missing from Jose Delgado so now I just have to pack everything in an exe, test that it works properly, then uploading it to filefront to let you download the last and ultimate expansion patch for Fifa 2006: most probably I'll be able to announce the release tomorrow but maybe during the night you can have some more news. Together with the CEP 2.0 you will find the publication of the Kits Addon 3.0 that will feature a lot of wonderful updated kits for the 2006/07 season. Together with the release of the last version of CEP we inaugurate the new CEP forums too, with a more user-friendly interface for all the no-italian speakers users, you can find the brand new forums here, so if you have questions about CEP or if you want to submit collaborations and suggestions be sure to register and give your contribution to our work.
A very good new for CEP users is that I had the possibility to give a look to the fifa 2007 database: the game will bring some innovations in players characteristics and stats together with a bunch of new options for the career mode, but the core part of the db is almost unvariated and this means that the work of conversion of the CEP for Fifa 2007 will not be a great trouble and will not take too much time.
Some clarifications about the CEP 2.0 that you will find tomorrow on Sweetpatch: it will be a 450/500 mb exe (Kits Addon should be about 150 mb), and you will find that it will adds many fsh files inside your main Fifa directory: this is because of the resolution of the fifa.fat limitation problems. FSH (the graphical files) outside of the .big files can make the game very croppy and slow if they are related to the elements animated by the match engine, as players kits for example, while their presence outside the big files doesn't affect the performance of the game if they are static graphical elements (logos, banners etc.): this discovery did possible the adding of so many teams and leagues because the space really needed inside the .big files is essentially the ones of the kits: anyway a complicated system of FSH elaboration is needed for these files outside the big to properly work and being shown, a system that here at CEP we discovered and used for this last incarnation of CEP for fifa 2006.
The CEP 2.0 will include a new gameplay developed by an idea of Fifaccitiu (the most genuine editing-genious I have known during these nine months of Fifa editing) and with the help of the great editor Rinaldo: this gameplay will be a new and updated version of the CEP gameplay that features the innovation of reducing field size to improve CPU gameplay and skill together with general better movements and actions development on the field. This gameplay will feature not only a REAL great difficulty for the most expert players at the highest level (World Cup and Legendary), but will have some lower levels of difficulty too balanced for the less expert players and the ones who will find the game too hard to beat. If you want to use another gameplays for CEP you'll have to apply the gameplay revert patch that you will find in the downloads section, even if the new career.ini settings will not be tested with other gameplays. As usually after the installation process of the CEP 2.0 and of the Kits Addon remember to execute the fatbhbuilder.exe utility to let them properly working; a fresh installation of Fifa as always is strongly suggested even if a CEP 0.12 Fifa will not have problems with CEP 2.0; as usual Fifa modified with other patches can have problems with CEP 2.0, so be sure to check the FAQ that will be included in the installer.
A last word has to be spent to the way in which this CEP 2.0 has been realized: thanks to the work of dozens of contributors who, with their excel sheets, text notes, kits, suggestions and segnalation, allowed the creation of what is indeed the widest patch ever published for a soccer game: this work would have been impossible for me without the collaboration of so many soccer fans that provided preciois informations that has been transformed in number and valours inside the database. A special thanks is given to Esterry88, who coordinated in a wonderful way the work of all our excellent friends and collaborators, and to Jose Delgado that his the great graphical artist between the work done on this 2.0 version: I'm sure that when I will stop editing (I don't like to perform the same hobby for too much time..) they will surely keep the work started this year in the most appropriate way. A big thanks to David Witts too, who believed in this project and allow us to work on the CEP for the most important Fifa web portal, Sweetpatch.
A last very important note: to state it more clearly (even if this does appear when you install the CEP and when the game starts too..): IS NOT ALLOWED to modify and redistribute ANY SINGLE part of the CEP database, interface and graphical files: the CEP is copyrighted by the wonderful portal of Sweetpatch that offers the CEP for free and for your entertainment, but exclusively on its pages: we worked hard since April 2006 on the CEP 2.0, I hope everyone will respect the work done by many people with the only interest of improving the Fifa experience. So, the release is questions of hours but since now prepare yourself to the Fifa 2007 conversion of the CEP , only on Sweetpatch!News Reporter:

CEP 2.0 Preview 4 - New leagues and tourneys |
Here is the last preview on the incoming CEP 2.0 that, this is official, will be released between the 13 and the 15 of September: the patch has been completed but there is the needing of at least a couple of days of general testing to avoid major problems that such a great and wide work surely can involve; we have to wait for some last-minute minikits from Jose Delgado too, so the the release will be at the beginning of next week.
The fourth preview of what CEP 2.0 will include is about the new leagues and teams that the last version for fifa 2006 will add to the game. For first some numbers: CEP 2.0 will perform: 1328 teams from all the world, 153 national teams (full teams for Europe, South America, Africa and Asia), 30.050 players, about 150 competitions from continental cups, to international competitions, from leagues to national cups. The list of the new tournaments added to this version is the following:
- Ukraine league - Czech Gambrinus Liga - Bulgary League - Israel League - Albania league - Lithuania league - Slovenian SI Mobil Liga - Slovakian Corgon Liga - Iceland Landsbakkaldeid - Finland Veikkausliga - Uruguay league - Japan J-League - Hungary league - German Regionalliga North and South - German Oberliga North and South - Dutch 2nd division - Hungary 2nd division - Scotland 2nd division - Portugal 2nd division - Switzerland 2nd division - Argentina 2nd division - Brazil: Carioca league (statal league) - Brazil: Gaucho league (statal league) - African Cup of Nations (full with qualifications) - Asian Cup of Nations (full with qualifications)
and of course the CEP will keep the previous huge number of new tournaments and competitions. All the tournaments already present in the original game and in the CEP versions before the 2.0 has been updated to include last promoted teams: you will find Hereford and Accrington in FL TWO for example, while the great number of new lower division for many european countries allow a most realistic career mode in the majority of the leagues available. Thanks to Fifaccitiu for his precious technical advices we will be able to have all these tournaments available in tournament mode too, even if their id is greater than 90 (techical stuff inside..).
Thanks to the coverage of almost all the relevant UEFA leagues you will find a Champions League and a UEFA Cup as realistical as you never have seen them in a soccer games, with teams qualifying from all over Europe. CONMEBOL now is 100% complete with all the leagues and new lower divisions (Argentina Nacional B, new Brazilian statal leagues). All these new tournaments have been reorganized in the career mode with a more realistic and rational system: no more just Region 1, Region 2 etc. but a division based on football federations: you will find leagues and competitions divided during career between UEFA zones, CONMEBOL zone, CONCACAF etc. for the biggest selection ever available of teams and competitions.
The new CEP 2.0 is ready, just let us testing a couple of days more and you can discover how much a soccer game will be transformed: together with the incoming Fifa 07 demo you will have a lot to play considering that all this huge work of months will start the conversion progress for the 2007 format as soon as the detail of the new engine will be unveiled. Stay tuned on Sweetpatch: from this weekend any day can be the day of the CEP 2.0 release. News Reporter:

CEP 2.0 Preview 3 - The rosters update |
These are the last days before the CEP 2.0 release, as the work on new leagues and teams is 99% completed and the CEP team is starting to test the huge work done during these months: as always you can check the status of our work in the dedicated section of the site. This is the week of the last additions, the last graphical touches of class to pack everything and up it on the web.
This third preview of the final release of Career Expansion Patch for Fifa 2006 is about the rosters update that has been realized. I'm proud to announce that CEP 2.0 will feature the last and most precise update for the incoming season, not only with full relegations/promotions replacements (thanks to the number of new divisions too!) but with all the transfers happened until the last minut of transfer market: you will find the last-minute contract deal for lower divisions teams as well as the most important transfers realized during this summer, from Hartlepool to Real Madrid, from Necaxa to Goteborg, from Dundee United to Genoa: has been a great satisfaction to see that some transfers, for example, from Borussia Dortmund II (youth team of Dortmund) and Borussia Dortmund were possibile inside the CEP database as the youth team was already created, and so on with many new young stars that have been added to the database. The work of updating the rosters has been one more time the demonstration of how good and fruitful can be the team work: I've been able to work days and days on contributions from all over the world that make possible for you to have the most accurate and precise update to the fifa rosters, as always the active partecipation of many did possible to give you a top-quality product. This work on rosters has been completed with a more precise and proper redistribution of starting lineups too: has been strange noticing how EA put in the original game some defenders at the centre of the attack of some FL TWO teams for example, or how the best players of a team have been relegated to the bench: CEP 2.0 will feature a more rational and realistic system of line-ups so that during your career you will play against teams at the top of their official team. So, the leagues that you will find COMPLETELY updated (this means ALL the transfers, not only the most famous market movements), are: - French Ligue 1
- French Ligue 2
- English Premiership
- English Championship
- English League One
- English League Two
- Scotland Premier League
- Netherlands Eredivisie
- Netherlands Jupiler League
- Spanish Primera Division
- Spanish Segunda Division
- Italian Serie A
- Italian Serie B
- Italian Serie C1A and C1B
- Swedish Allsvenskan
- German Bundesliga 1
- German Bundesliga 2
- Denmark Superligaen
- Argentina Primera Division
- Belgium Jupiler League
- Austria Bundesliga
- Mexican Primera Division
- Mexican Primera A
- Norway Tippeligaen
- Portugal Bet and Win League
- Switzerland Super League
- Switzerland Challenge League
While all the new leagues that CEP 2.0 will perform will be already updated. All this huge work on updating the rosters from all the world will not be only a great improvement for the fifa 2006 final CEP version, but the core of the fifa 2007 CEP version that will perform extra-correct and updated teams, fixing the errors that we often find inside the starting rosters in the original game (we're all awaiting the demo that will unveil some details to start the work..). You will discover how intense and wide has been our work on rosters directly playing with the CEP as we prefer facts instead of words. Can't wait for the new CEP release that will transform radicallly your soccer gaming experience? Release date is question of days, in the meanwhile you can wait for CEP Preview 4 that will discover new leagues, teams and tournaments added for the next CEP release. News Reporter:

CEP 2.0 Preview 2 - The GUI |
Our serie of previews about CEP 2.0 continues with a focus on the graphical interface improvements that you will find in the last version for Fifa 2006 of our project: in the meanwhile the work on the 2.0 is coming to its final stages, with the huge work of update on rosters being realized in these days: you can find details on which leagues has been updated with extreme detail in the Status section of the CEP website. The work program is to complete first the update of the rosters for all the main leagues of the game (especially the ones originally included in Fifa, because the CEP custom leagues are almost updated to this season), then to finish packing last leagues missing (I hope to finish: Bulgary, J-League, Switzerland 2nd, Hungary 2nd) and graphical addons to the GUI (adboards, flags, logos). As I want to release the CEP for the mid of September I don't think we will have a real betatesting session and most probably we'll have to release an only-database update for October, just before Fifa 2007 release. As I already mentioned we'll do our best to convert as soon as possible (considering the study of the Fifa 2007 format: we hope to have some informations soon) the CEP to the 2007 engine. Let's discover, in the meanwhile, the new improvements CEP will perform to Fifa gui.
The new version of CEP will include many improvements to the GUI (the graphical interface) of the game together with the hugest amount of original minikits, banner, stadium flags and other graphical stuff ever realized for a soccer game. Many contributors from all over the world gave their personal contribution to increase the number of new quality stuff that you will find in the final release of CEP for Fifa 2006, among all I can't avoid to citate three of the greatest co-authors of the Career Expansion Patch: Jose Delgado, Vlada "Cilokin" and Didicito.
Jose Delgado is a venezuelan contributor of CEP who started his collaboration since this winter: he can be considered, together with Esterry, one of the main authors of CEP and he's absolutely a genius of kits and minikits designing: his knowlege of southamerican football allowed the CEP to have the most updated rosters and kits for the CONMEBOL teams and his work can be only defined as impressive and huge for quality and quantity. He discovered a new method of minikits creation that allowed the creation of more than 1000 new original and top-quality minikits: now all the teams that previously had only generic or low-quality minikits (a lot of them, especially south american ones, realized by me :D ) have extra-detailed minis in game, updated to last season and wonderful to see in game. Really the work of Jose Delgado with minikits is absolutely impressive and it's absolutely a must-have for every Fifa fans: only the CEP users can discover this wonderful work realized by one of the most important contributors of this project. Jose did much more for this version of CEP, as extremely detailed and updated kits of south american teams for 2006/07 season, many rosters updates for CONMEBOL teams and a great work of data-collecting for southamerican leagues that you will find extra-detailed and updated in CEP 2.0, but this will be the subject of another preview.. I have to segnalate how the greatness of Jose Delgado is to let the facts and his editing creations speaking for his quality of editor, and not the presence on many community forum with many words: in my knowledge of the Fifa editing scene he's indeed one of the best, if not the best editor I have known and it's an honour and a pleasure to have him as main collaborator of this project.
Another wonderful discovery of this version of CEP is a serbian flagmaker, Vlada "Cilokin", from Fifaserbia, who created an impressive number of original, top-quality, extremely realistic in-stadium flags: the main objective of his work has been to create flags for all the teams that don't have one in the original game (i.e. the ones with the awful "generic banners" activated) and to replace some of the worst and no-realistical flags that have been included in the game. The result of this is another impressive quality-quantity extensive work on game flags that you will find in game delighting your matches with realistical banners of your favourite team. You can find the detailed list of the new flags that will be included in the game here on CEP forums.
The CEP 2.0 will perform an original and exclusive collection of new style logos, realized by the excellent and original argentinean collaborator Didicito: Didicito is the first of the Fifa scene who devoted completely his activity to extremely detailed transparency-effects logos of the Fifa teams: with more than 1000 new logos you will be impressed by the amazing quality of his work that will improve the quality and originality of the game GUI. The Didicito's collection of logos is the example of an immense talent in graphical editing devoted to improve our soccer gaming experience.
These are only some examples of the new stuff in graphical interface that you will find in CEP 2.0: more than this you will find all the latest creations from the greatest minis artist of the fifa scene, Agusx, who will delight your eyes with his top-quality creations. In the career modality you will find a lot of innovations in the regional division, now more rational and with a better graphical menu that will displays the flags of the country that you will find in that region. And much more: hundreds of new adboards will give to CEP matches the top of quality and realism, realized by the best artists of the fifa editing scene. So, you will be indeed impressed by how much a patch can improve and transform you Fifa experience: the CEP 2.0 will be the definitive add-on for all Fifa users, waiting for the Fifa 2007 format details to start the work of conversion and provide to all soccer fans their definitive gaming experience.
Much more you will discover with the release of the patch as we prefer facts instead of words. So, can't wait for the new CEP release that will transform one more time and as never before you gaming experience? Release date is very near, in the meanwhile you can wait for CEP Preview 3 that will discover other aspects of the incoming Career Expansion Patch release.News Reporter:

CEP 2.0 Preview 1 - The Database |
The release of the final version for Fifa 2006 of the Career Expansion Patch, the CEP 2.0, is coming as the huge work on new teams and leagues is almost completed and is near to start the operation of complete update to 2006/07 rosters and league composition. As we want to provide a wide and complete update to rosters this work will necessary ends after the first days of September as the main quantity of european transfers happens on 30th and 31th August: so I can estimate that a plausible release date can be the weekend of 9/10 September.
The quantity of new things, innovations and radical revolutions applied to the game is so large and long that I decided to dedicate these days that separate us from the release to a serie of preview on what the CEP 2.0 will contain and which modifications it will apport to your gaming experience, as the number of new leagues and teams is not at all the only main feature of our work. I say our work because since the starting of this project the CEP has been transformed in a group of great editors and friends, working at this hobby to transform EA football games: you will discover and know the main CEP authors and partners during these day at CEP 2.0 previews.
This first preview of CEP 2.0 features is dedicated to the database, the numerical core of the game, on which we spent really a lot of time, being the main engine of a game based on a career: CEP will contain something like 30.000 players (!), each one with detailed physical appearance, rational rating and datas. This HUGE work of collection of data has been possible thanks to an appassionate team of "databaters", coordinated by Esterry whose work has been for months (since April!) to research and study over official teams websites, finding datas and pictures: has been wonderful to notice who we received contributions from all over the world, by fans of teams of each country, just dedicated to the passion for football, so different from the isolated episodes of narrow-view jealousies and egoism. All these datas were collected in xls format and re-elaborated by me in fifa-data format. I've user a new "matrix" to generate players values based on position and quality (i.e. wing midfielders - average 60-70) so that every player has unique datas thanks to random variations over hundreds of numerical bases (it's wonderful how many things you can do with Excel and Access coordinated..).
The CEP database will feature some innovations to the game structure itself, based on career mode, innovations that are possible thanks to the ideas of some excellent editors:
1) Fifaccitiu discovered some "hidden" codes inside the Fifa database that generate the type of career development of a single player: these numbers determinate for example how a player will grow during the years, which will be his behaviour, if he will bloom at a mid-age or if he will have a late-blooming. These codes will be added and randomized for all the players in the game and this means that you will have to manage unpredictable players different growings during the game: for example imagine that in your career you buy Fernando Torres from Atletico Madrid, that at the beginning of the game is one of the most promising youths, just to discover that he is a early-bloomer, i.e. a player giving his best at a very young age! Or to buy a Slovakian 1989's to discover that he's a phenomenon, a young brazilian midfielder to discover that he grows as a new Emerson; of course who is a star player, a Rooney, a Ronaldinho etc. will never become a bad player, but maybe with the years someone will be better than them: you will have to discover it. Amazing, right?
2) To add more unpredictability and creativity to the career mode I've adopted a new system to calculate player's potential in game. The "potential" is the 0-100 number that in database determinate how and how much the player will grow, which is effective potential. So Ronaldinho has 99 etc. The new potentials, applied to existing players too, will be much more dynamic and flexible: for example a player with potential of 85 in the original game will have a potential that is random generated between 65 and 95 (85 -20/+10) so you have to discover to which limit the player can arrive and if it's good to seel him before he starts to descending in his potential. And so on: this means that in career mode, for example, in year 2010/11 you can find that the world of football has really changed, that there are new stars playing around the leagues of all the world. Will be much more entertaining to play in an evolutionary world of football instead than in a statical one.
3) Have you noticed how easy is in the original game to spend money on staff components in career and building a "perfect staff" even with lower leagues teams within year? This has been radically changed in CEP, not only with a wide new sponsorship system, featuring dozens of new sponsors based on countries and team prestige (i.e. if you build a winning team reaching first position of your league and winning in europe you will obtain better sponsorships contracts up to the super-rich Nike and SkySports; while SkySports will not be interested anyway in a Finnish team for example) but with a completely renewed staff improvements cost: now if you start with a Third Division team in the game you need at least 6/7 years (maybe more) to transform it in a fully functional first division team with adeguate enomical power, if not you can't substain the cost of star player: so you have to decide if you want to plan your team growth, spending money on structures instead only on players to find you unprepared to upper divisions and struggles.
This work on database took months of daily hours of study, development of coherent numbers series, fixing values and testing, finding informations and elaborate them with calm, all just with Excel sheets (the type of work we'd like to see already included in EA databases...): this is the way to perform a serious editing of Fifa, without utilities elaboration and bugs generation: just numbers, numbers, numbers: we transform these numbers in a game, almost a new game as you will see with CEP 2.0. And of course all this huge work on database will be step by step converted as the the Fifa 2007 db is unveiled.
So, can't wait for the new CEP release that will transform one more time and as never before you gaming experience? Release date is very near, in the meanwhile you can wait for CEP Preview 2 that will discover other aspects of the incoming Career Expansion Patch release, not with words but with facts, as it's in the style of the work of CEP staff.News Reporter:

Theres more than 1 update to install and this is what makes the final release the most exciting! Youll have hours of gameplay until FIFA 07 is released next month. NK FOOTBALL İ - FIFA Evolution |
NK FOOTBALL © FIFA Evolution is the next step-up in the FIFA 06 gaming world! Promising to deliver the most realistic gameplay, fine tuned ball physics, a hard-to-break defence and highly skilled CPU goalkeepers, winning is going to take all that you have against the mightiest club teams! Matches will be harder to dominate and take control over, and will use the new method of player timing to help keep defences together and harder to break. In the past, defences were too quick to close down, which ultimately left gaps to play the ball through. Instead players will have to work harder and this should give a great sense of achievement NK FOOTBALL © believes it has nothing to do with pitch size or player scales. The game isnt flawed by how quickly it takes to get to ones goalkeeper or how the players are spaced out. The main issue is timing, players running into the oppositions half too often leaving them defenceless and giving you the easy break. The latest effort of the CEP creator Ockhams gameplay offered a variation on the V6 gameplay (created by NK FOOTBALL ©) with altered pitch size. Interesting to play, but dominating the CPU is still active More news soon News Reporter:

CEP gameplay v 1.0! |
I've been finally able to pack and up the new CEP gameplay, based on the radical changement of field size. This gameplay starts from the analysis of the game dynamics in Fifa 2006, inspired by an idea of Fifaccitiu: the main reason that leads an expert fifa2006 player to easily dominate the CPU even at the hardest skill levels is based on the wrong proportions of the field compared to players size and to the speed of their movements generated by the Fifa engine. I've found too easy to reach the opponent forwarder in his run to the goal box, and it's absolutely impossible for a player on the Fifa 2006 field to receive ball and organize an attacking action without the possibility for the defence to catch him: this is due to the field dimension, too big, and to the lackness of acceleration by players.
As it's impossible to change the overall acceleration of the players (what is possible to edit through the inis is the ball speed!) Fifaccitiu suggested me to try playing with reduced field size: the result is a much more entertaining game, in which the CPU is much more able to defend properly and, most important, to reach goal box and create attacking actions: the number of shots at goals increased sensibly and the result is that it's always hard to play against an higher rated team. The main problem of this experiment was the position of the players on free kicks and corners: now, with the help of the last utility by Rinaldo, this problem can be resolved and so here is the first version of the CEP gameplay, based on the resizing of the field. The full technical theory behind this gameplay can be found here on soccergaming forums.
This gameplay is realized to be compatible with CEP patch and has not been tested without this expansion. Together with the gameplay exe that changes the field size and all the freekicks (and the ini settings adapted for the new field size) you will find another exe that simply revert the field to the original EA size. If you find the game already hard and difficult enough then I suggest to don't install this gameplay, as it's realized to make the game harder. Personally I've found the game much better with these modifications, almost revolutioned, this is why I want to share it for all the CEP users. Important Note: game settings should be setted at 4 minutes and Slow speed; remember to fatbhbuilder your big files after gameplay installation as it replaces two big archives. You can find this new gameplay in the downloads section of CEP homesite.News Reporter:

Revolutionary gameplay soon! |
A wonderful new for CEP users and generally for all Fifa2006 players: the master Rinaldo, indeed the best hard-core editor of the Fifa scene (you can find his works here on Sweetpatch at the Fifamaster section) found finally a way to decode the positions of the players on free kicks: this means that we now have the way to organize and pack a full functional gameplay inspired by the idea of Fifaccitiu of reducing the size of the field to spread a better dynamics of play in the game. The theorical explication of why this improves the game can be found here on soccergaming forums, and I'm actually at work to prepare a an EXE of the first version of this revolutionary approach to the gameplay of Fifa.
Another excellent new is that CEP users are already submitting excellent flags for the teams that lack banners and flags in the original game and for all the new teams of the CEP patch: Pidza Balavac from the excellent community of Fifaserbia already submitted a bunch of new flags of the highest quality and this will be one more of the many incredible innovations you will find in September in the CEP 2.0: if you want contribute with your flags or adboards for your favourite team just go here on CEP forums and download the psd templates: I will post in the forum the list of the flags already done so we can avoid duplicate. I have the segnalate the wonderful work of Didicito from Argentina, who is submitting an impressive number of extremely original logos for CEP teams: you will be astonished by the quality and originality of his work. Within days, I hope tomorrow, you will find the new CEP gameplay inspired by the ideas of Fifaccitiu, stay tuned then!News Reporter:

No spam on CEP and new templates |
I've noticed as in the CEP forums and through the CEP mail I received many questions about release date, state of the work and general progress on the CEP: I think I have been clear enough in my last post here on CEP Sweetpatch site, anyway I'll try to summarize one more time:
- I'm dedicating this summer to CEP working: the work now consists in elaborating inside the database the excellent excel rosters I received (organized in an amazing way by Esterry88) and inside the FSH the bmps of kits. I have to create logos and banners for each one of the team received and sometimes I have to create the kits that I don't receive. This work is summarized extensively in the Status section of the site.
- As I decided to include in CEP 2.0 the rosters and the leagues of the 2006/07 season the release date is necessarily after the conclusion of the summer transfermarket: this mean that I should end the work on CEP 2.0 on September, and then we will need about a week to betatesting intensively.
- If you don't see progress in Status page is because all the packed material needs to be inserted "inside the game": I have to perform what I explained in the first point for each league, test that everything works and so on: doesn't make sense keep packing the material without testing it. I'm performing this for each one of the leagues shown under the section "Done" of the Status page.
- CEP 2.0 "should" include all the elements presented in the Release section: this because I've received the majority of the material shown, but not the whole material: if we'll find the infos and the graphics for all the leagues listed then they will be in the CEP 2.0, if not we will have to wait until the next version. Anyway the stuff added in CEP 2.0 will be absolutely huge, be sure of that.
Generally speaking I don't like to spam on the website showing the progress and the work we do with unuseful spot-post as "Hey, look at this brand new video of CEP performing a new Lithuanian team!": frankly the work is so impressive that we don't have neither the time or the wish to do this, we (this means me and all the excellent contributors we have for the CEP) prefer working for this hobby giving to Fifa users a brand new game with thousands of teams and players from all around the world. An example: Jose Delgado, who actually is together with Esterry the main co-author of CEP, submitted an INCREDIBLE work of minikits: not simply a pack, but an huge collection of about 500 minikits amazingly detailed: it's not our style to write spots about the quality of these submissions, you will find them in the CEP and will be properly presented at their release, and so on.
And we make this for hobby: EA doesn't help us much, we don't receive money and we don't collaborate officially for the Fifa database: we just like to update Fifa in the most sistematic and extensive way and we want to share our passion with all the CEP users. Bus as we do it for hobby, then it's not our work so when real life calls for more important things or just for more relax we just want to take it easy. Summarizing: don't ask for release dates and similar things, I think I give a lot of informations about the status of our hobby-work: just enjoy what we have to offer and if you want to partecipate just join us: we love to work in team.
As I posted in the previous post, I found a solution for the fifa.fat limitation that means to be able to add more stuff to our CEP: when this limitation existed I renounced to create more flags and adboards for the new teams, but now that this limitation is no more we can make our CEP more and more complete. This is why I created more PSD (Adobe Photoshop) templates to create adboards and flags, together with the ones for kits that are dedicated anyway to the contributors helping us in creating the league. Creating adboards and flags is extremely easy: just a small knowledge of Photoshop is needed: paste your bmps of flags and adboards inside the PSD template, export them in bitmap format and submit them to me through mail af fifaock AT yahoo.it. In the original game a lot of teams lack of flags and use generic ones, you can find the list of the teams that need flags in this list, so we will wait for your contributions to the CEP project: you can find these templates in this section of CEP forums.News Reporter:

NK FOOTBALL İ : V9 Select your playing level! |
NK FOOTBALL © V9 will be out next Friday, but what else does NK FOOTBALL © have planned? The latest news is that the update will offer 3 different levels of installation for V9. What does this mean? Well, in V8 you install either a Standard or CEP Compatible version of the update. But in V9, you install either level 1, level 2 or level 3 and then have the choice to have these levels CEP compatible. Level 1 is the recommended installation for casual gamers; level 2 is slightly more challenging for the more advanced gamer and level 3 is for you arrogant gamers out there who think theyre too big for their boots! Gamers wholl be playing on Level 3 Legendary difficulty will be of a god-like ability to play and beat FIFA 06 using V9. I would think only a select few! V9 is out on the 4th August, be sure to check back soon for more information! News Reporter:

Fifa.fat limitation resolved! |
Very good news for CEP users and development: finally I found a way to avoid the fifa.fat limitation problem: this means not only that we eliminated the limitations regarding the number of teams to be added in CEP, but that for future versions we can perform an infinite number of custom adboards and in-stadium flags: create adboards and flags is extremely easy and during this week I'll post some extra-easy tutorials to explain you how to mount and pack flags and adboards for your favourite team.News Reporter:

CEP 2.0 development |
Yo everyone. Time has passed since the last CEP related post here on Sweetpatch: as I anticipated I took my time of vacation to enjoy the World Cup happening (and the fact that Italy won again the golden cup after 24 years contributed to the intensity of this vacation), anyway as many of you have noticed the work on CEP 2.0 has not been interrupted and almost the totality of the material that I want to include in next version is ready to be elaborated. I'll try to explain you what still remains to do to release the CEP:
1) I've already packed and divided the material received, I selected the quantity of material that we will be able to include in the CEP (the rest of the material is precious anyway, as you can read later) and you can keep record of this work of organization in the Status section of the site.
2) I have to transform the excel received in db datas, the bmps receive in fsh, put everything in their proper place: the fifa.db, the .big files, and then test league by league checking if they work and discovering the limit that we can reach until Fifa will not suppor more our material.
3) After all the leagues, new cups etc. have been created with their teams, kits etc. I will have to start updating the rosters and the leagues teams for the 2006/07: I think every Chelsea fan wants to play with their Shevchenko, every Reading fan wanna plays in Premiership and so on. This will take a large amount of time, indeed, but with the help of specialistic websites this can accomplished (if you want suggest good transfer market website of your favourite league please drop a post on CEP forums or contact me by mail).
4) Then I want to restyle a bit the interface for the CEP 2.0 release, that has to be the final one for the Fifa 2006 engine and for this, of course, we will have to perform a lot of summer betatesting.
So you want a release date? I don't have it, because I don't know how many problems I can encounter during the test period, because I want to give a patch containing almost all the changements of the 2006/07 season (just consider the mess with the Italian league after fixing matches scandal..). This means that most probably you will have the final CEP 2.0 only for the second half of August/beginning of September. So you can ask me if this has sense considering that Fifa 2007 will be probably released one month after the CEP 2.0: well, yes, this has sense: for first I want to give to the Fifa 2006 users a final product to enjoy fully their game even if they dont want to purchase Fifa 2007 and, most of all, because all the material I am elaborating will be converted and adapted to Fifa 2007 graphic and data standards. So we have two news: we will have the final fifa 2006 CEP version at the end of the summer and we will have a CEP for Fifa 2007 immediately after the release of the game.
Last but not least: if you want to quicken the time of the release of CEP you can help me with all the standard procedures I have to perform in the creation of the leagues: mainly packing the bmps inside fsh files and inside big files. This is an extremely easy task to perform, but it takes a bit of time: multiply this time for all the teams that I have to create and you can imagine the time I need to do this. So if you wanna help me and quicken the CEP release please contact me on CEP forums or send me a mail at fifaock @ yahoo.it and I will send you the tutorials and the material to pack. In the meanwhile I have to notice how good is the graphical engine of WC06: let's hope EA will use it for the Fifa 2007 and will help the community resolving the problem of the field size. See ya and Forza Materazzi!News Reporter:

NK FOOTBALL İ : V8 News |

NK FOOTBALL © V8 is to be released soon. The update was held back into development because the game became too easy to predict. The CPU was strong in areas, but user had an easy kick of the ball when it came down to winning matches on World Class. The most highly skilled of FIFA 06 gamers would not have enjoyed the challenge. V8 is now better and stronger! Ball physics are much more realistic, and the pace of the game is much slower and flows much more realistically. The most realistic ball physics in any gameplay update before. The tactical side to football will really stand out now as CPU pressure is greater and goalkeepers are not solid on your side! They can be beaten by CPU players' much easier, meaning your defence really has to protect your goalkeeper like never before and you will appreciate every shot he keeps out. There is no release date as of yet for V8, but the changes to CPU are also evident in the update for 2006 FIFA World Cup News Reporter:

CEP 2.0 news |
In these last weeks the work on CEP has been a little discontinued by me, due to personal vacation enjoying the world cup; anyway as I wrote previously there is an excellent team of updaters and creators, the new core of this project, that with their passion and the quality of their job are preparing extraordinary material for future releases of CEP. The very good new is that we are studying some very efficient solutions to override the limitation related to fifa.fat dimension, that we have an impressive quantity of excellent material for 2006/07 leagues and that all the summer months (July and August) will be dedicated personally to the CEP 2.0 development.
Sadly due to their flat out work schedule on FIFA 07, the EA guys have been unable to assist with the problems discovered in the growing of these new phases of the CEP project leaving the solution to the intuitions and creativities of the CEP crew that is made by real fans of this game and of the greatest sport in the world. The release of the CEP 2.0 will be impressive for the number of new leagues added and for the wideness of the update process to recreate the leagues and the rosters as they should be for the 2006/07 season: as we are used to speak about CEP aims with facts and not with words you can check the work that is in preparation in the Status and in the Release sections of CEP website. The CEP 2.0 will be released during the month of July after the usual work of testing that will take a bit of time more.
I invite everyone to join the discussion on CEP forums to partecipate on the process of improving our work and to join the team of betatesters that will find bugs to fix for official release. A public praise to Jose Delgado and Esterry88 is absolutely necessary for the work they are doing for all the CEP users. Uhm, and I'm keep enjoying this Fifa with the modifications suggested by Fifaccitiu about field size, of course: what a mess we have not been able to find a solution to fix the position of the players on free kicks, the game is anyway more enjoyable with these glitches than with the normal dimension of the pitch (that is technically oversized by the EA settings).News Reporter:

NK FOOTBALL İ V8 on its way! |
NK FOOTBALL © can confirm that V8 is on its way and quicker than you think! V7 flopped in terms of difficulty, the FIFA gamers are learning quicker and NK FOOTBALL © underestimated the advanaced players' ability. With all the values and information already in some shape or form throughout the versions, V8 is basically what it has all come down to. DIFFCULTY! V8, in ways is the more 'advanced' version of V6. You get the playability of V6 and V7, yet challenging play that no other version offers. V6 legendary difficulty is somewhat of a challenge for the average gamer. For the advanced gamer it can still prove to be challenging to an extent. So what did NK FOOTBALL © do? Well, legendary difficulty was tweaked and refined and copied into the SEMI-PROFESSIONAL difficulty mode in V8! Do you know what this does? It makes for some awesome games of FIFA 06! I won't even tell you what's happened to Professional, World Class and Legendary V8 difficulty modes. All I can say is, DEFEND! This CPU takes shot from all over the pitch. No more build-up to clinical chances, no more 'obvious' goals. No longer are keepers easily beaten by the obvious tap-in shots or 'sweet-spot' power-metre. You have got to WORK for your goals; even if you win the match...you ain't won the league ;) V8 is to release on the 30th June 06! Be prepared. News Reporter:

NK FOOTBALL İ After V7? |
NK Football © will release V7 this week, but what is to come after V7? Well, there will be a V8 for sure, but there is no confirmation of a V9! Could V8 be the last? We'll wait and see what NK Football © has planned. More news to come soon! Regarding V7, the update in both standard and CEP Compatible form is near completion. I believe V7 will be the true update for the FIFA fans. The update that keeps you playing! The CPU has been tuned to play much smarter than before, and the defending is much better. Difficulty modes such as Semi-pro are much more playable but harder to beat the CPU as they will come at you with everything they've got if you favour the win early on in the game and go up 1-0. Expect a battle. Want some news on the Arcade version? You got it! First of all, the goalkeepers are much easier to beat, you can score some amazing goals and so can the CPU. The higher the match score, the more fun! The CPU will try and score more than you and this is what Arcade is all about, who can make the craziest scores!! With realism play and faster ball physics, Arcade is end-to-end heart pumping action. For now though, enjoy V6 and be sure to check back later on this week for the release of V7! News Reporter:

News on CEP 2.0 |
You have not receive news on this site about the CEP project, but the users who stay tuned on the CEP forums know how much the work to improve Fifa 2006 is going on with the staff of this patch project. In the last month great things happened for the future of the Career Expansion Patch: what started as the project of a single soccer fan (me) now is a reality substained by a team of many soccer fans with the same passion and dream: recreating the real world of soccer in the game that allows us to do it. If you checked in these weeks the Release Plan and the Status section of the site you noticed how much is in program for the next version, the 2.0 of the CEP: my work now is essentially to re-elaborate the datas that the CEP collaborators send me and to organize the work of many soccer fans from all over the world: is delighting to see how many users joined with their passion, without the need of any specifical editing capability, this team work. Especially I have to thank the particular work of organization done by Esterry88, who is organizing a wonderful team of updaters, contributors, graphicians and more: the work of these men is the root and the heart of the huge patch that you will encounter during this summer: it's so big the quantity of informations that we are elaborating that I don't think the game will be able to support it: what I know is that I'll try to elaborate every single data received, every single roster and tournament, and if this will not be possible, we'll try to do it for Fifa 2007 (hoping the EA sports will resolve some issues with the fifa.fat dimension and the number of custom files that we can add). Now, some news on details.
Our excellent main chief collaborator (the one that did possible the integration of many south american leagues), Jose Delgado, is realizing a delighting work for new minikits: having discoverd a great tecnique to realize extra-high quality minikits for the CEP teams, Jose is doing a huge pack of them for the next CEP version, so we hope to provide hundreds and hundreds of new minikits in game, eliminating with the time all the generic ones.
Of course this is the period that every soccer fan is waiting for years: this week starts the World Cup 2006 in Germany and all the national teams will show their updated kits and rosters. Next version of CEP will of course feature updated rosters from this edition of the world cup. I have tried the EA's game for the WC, and I found it interesting and fun, but too easy with a very strange gameplay physics unable to read some of the modifications that Fifa 2006 reads. The very strange (and frankly unuseful) format of the kits is a source of a bit of preoccupation: if EA decide to use this new standard for their kits we'll need a lot of time to adapt the CEP for next Fifa version
Fifaccitiu, one of the greatest expert of Fifa data, have discovered a great way to improve the gameplay of Fifa, that some of the CEP forums users already know: Fifaccitiu noticed how the size of the field is unrealistically oversized (practically is a field of 160 meters x 120 instead of a regulamentar 120/130 x 90/100): this is why is so hard to play on the flanks or to have a realistical dynamics of play from the CPU, having a slow game even setting a very high speed and with very little effectiveness from the AI. So he reduced the field to the original size, resizing the lines graphics too: I've tested, with some personal modifications to ai and cpudiff, these new settings and I have found the game incredible: absolutely entertenaing, with a great variety of game, with an excellent CPU style and with wonderful matches: I'm at my fifth year of career (Velez 7th, Chievo Verona 7th, Santos 2nd, Santos 3th, Tottenham actually 8th) and I'm enjoying so much the game that I decided to dedicate a bit of time to play instead of just editing. But remains a problem, and is the position of the players on the field on freekicks and corners. Rinaldo, the other great expert that now has a dedicated site on the family of Sweetpatch, discovered that is not possible to edit the position of the players on freekicks as in Fifa 2005 and so this remains a great limitation (on corners especially, some players are "trapped" behind the goal): this is why I've not released an official mod for this gameplay developed on an idea of Fifaccitiu. Anyway, if you want try it and stay tuned on these news, you should look at the CEP forums where you can find these news on the Internal Releases section.
You can check the list of the future additions for the CEP 2.0 as always in the Release Plan section of the home of the CEP and due to the quantity of additions I still can't provide a release date: this will be indeed a summer release, maybe at the end or in the second half of June, maybe later, because we'll have to include all relegations/promotions for 2006/07 season together with main transfer for a great number of tournaments. I want to dedicate more than just some words of thanks giving to the CEP collaborators and fans, the ones that are making this incredible project a reality: this is why during this week I will build a new section of the site devoted to the CEP collaborators, with their profiles, their hobbies and the story of their contributions to the CEP. Good football to everyone, let's enjoy the world cup and a new season of soccer.

NK FOOTBALL İ - V7: Arcade? |
NK Football © V7 will offer the user the choice of how they want their game to play. Over the years, starting with FIFA 2002, it was obvious that some gamers prefer a slower, realistic/simulation approach to football, whereas some prefer the fast-paced, action packed 5-5 draw! This is looked upon as a much more 'arcade' game of football, rather than a tactical simulation. Now, when you install V7 you won't just be installing either the Standard, CEP compatible or original EA gameplay, but a whole new update in itself offering a complete turn-around of fast-paced, challenging, high scoring football! CEP 0.12 fix A released |
The Fix A for CEP 0.12 has been released on the downloads section of the CEP homepage; the fix corrects the problems and glitches segnalated until now by the users on CEP forums: larger and deeper changes updates will be performed in next version, that will be the last one for Fifa 2006, the CEP 2.0 that I hope to release just before the beginning of the World Cup (to take a relax for this summer). I'll start preparing the material during this week so I'll be able to post a list of the future additions. I will upload a version 0.12a too of the CEP that will include of course the changes done with the fix A during today or tomorrow so future users will download a fixed version. News Reporter:

CEP Kits Addon 2.0 released! |
The new version of CEP Kits Addon, the version 2.0 has been released as an excellent complement to the CEP: many users notices some incompatibility of the previous version of Kits Addon with the CEP 0.12, this new version adds hundreds of new kits from all the world, update almost all the WC2006 national kits, and uses a new system of updating the old fifa zdata files that is very important for the future of CEP: using this new system we recovered a lot of space in the fifa.fat file size that was the only limit to the further development of CEP; this means that we can add much more leagues in the next CEP version. The list of the kits added is too huge to write all them here, anyway you can find the full list of the kits added here. As always you can find the Kits Addon 2 in the downloads section.
In the meanwhile the fix for the CEP 0.12 is almost ready and will be released within few days: when it will be completed you'll be able to download the fix or the full CEP0.12a version (i.e. a version that includes all the modifications done with the fix). Very soon I'll update with more detail the list for the next release: many new contributions are in preparation. News Reporter:

NK FOOTBALL İ - V5: Out Now! |
It's out everyone! Head over to NK FOOTBALL and grab your copy of V5 exclusive to Sweetpatch! The best gameplay update for FIFA 06 available and this latest version provides:
- Gamespeed
- Pace: The pace of the game has been slowed down to make it more realistic.
- Player speeds: Players’ aren’t as fast on the ball to make it longer to travel the pitch. They’re also not as good at trapping the ball in order to make controlling the player more difficult.
- CPU
- Defence: The defence of the CPU is much more alert and faster at closing down your players’. It is harder to break the defence.
- Attack: The CPU attack is much more creative. They will take more shots from further out and their shooting isn’t perfect. It feels more realistic and diverse, but you’ll have to play well and defend against them using tactics.
- Ball Physics
- Shooting: Shooting is harder to aim and more realistic. Scoring with a header is also more difficult. This is also true for the CPU making goals more exciting. Penalty kicks are also more difficult as the power bar increases faster.
- Crossing: Crossing the ball isn’t as easy as before.
- Passing: The passing has been slowed down and the ball plays better and more realistically.
- Difficulty
- World Class: The difficulty modes, especially world class have been worked on to a degree of balancing and challenging play. Goalkeepers are harder to beat, but can be beaten with good shots at goal. The result is much more rewarding.
- Total Balancing
Now, the game is truly balanced with equal goalkeepers for both human and CPU controlled teams! Feel every shot you score rewarded for both you and the CPU as you battle out against the challenging and equal rivals of the goalkeepers! Do you have the skill to score goals as good as the CPU? - Attribute fiddling free
Unlike some updates that rely on altering the real player attributes to specific set values for each player on the field both home and away (clones), FIFA “GAMEPLAY UPDATE” 06 does not and relies solely on the difficulty and diversity of what is the best gameplay update for your FIFA 06 ™ video game. NK FOOTBALL © guarantees you the best FIFA football available. - Diversity
The game now has a different feel to it and NK FOOTBALL © believes this to be a breath of fresh air from the original balance. - Virtual Football!

Coca Cola Championship Roster Update 06 |
We are proud to bring you today the Coca Cola Championship Roster Update by our great long time friend Mutiger.
In his words "I guess I picked a heck of a time to release this...what with CEP and the demo for the World Cup game out...but for anyone still playing FIFA06...and interested especially in the English game...here's the patch for you." So what does this great roster update provide? - It updates all rosters of the English Coca Cola Championship and the English Premier League as of 4/4/06.
- Also included are roster updates for all teams that are members of the "G14" group of clubs as well as updates for Celtic, Rangers and Hearts of the Scottish Premier League.
- Please note: 100 percent perfection is not guaranteed, but we believe it is quite close, especially in the English leagues. Some players who have played a very limited amount of games (generally 0-3) do not appear in the interest of time and space. Also, some players may appear on two rosters due to their status as frequently loaned players. Ricardo Fuller fans...sorry...he's moved around so much this season...he may not be where he's currently playing. lol...

CEP 0.12 considerations |
The release of the new version of CEP has generated an unexpected traffic of downloads: only in the first 2 days we reached 5,000 downloads creating some problems to the file servers provided: this number of downloads deserves better file servers to distribute the work of so many fans and communities, I hope to be able to find proper solutions to this inconvenient.
Another thing that I have to constatate is the impossibility of resolve/fix all the mini-bugs and glitches present in each version of the CEP due to the size of the work: I found that something went wrong with the german minikits, for example, and with the Ghana selection, or with the number of substitions in Mexican Primera A: small things that have not been noticed even with a week of betatesting. My personal opinion is that is better to release a product instead of waiting until the perfection, this process would make impossible to release so many improvements for each version, while, of course, I'm worried about these little inconvenients we encountered this time. Anyway the fix for the Ghana (and then for the national rosters selection) has already been released, while in the afternoon I'll release the fix for Germany minikits: all these fixes will be disposable in the downloads section as single downloads for the ones who already downloaded the CEP and will be incorporated in another fixed version of the 012 I'll up today, so future users (if this is the rate of downloads I think will be at least another 20/25,000) will have a glitches-free version.
So, sorry for the inconvenients and I hope that here on Sweetpatch, with CEP we can keep improving your Fifa experience. News Reporter:

CEP 0.12 release date and betatesting |
The CEP 0.12 version is almost ready with many new implementations that I am very proud to be able to present for this version: you will encounter many unexpected surprises in this 0.12 release and I hope you will enjoy this complete restyle of the Fifa experience as I am doing testing the new CEP.
On this Saturday 1st of April will start the betatesting process for CEP 0.12, that will last for 5 days trying to improve the quality of the final version, fixing the small glitches too; if you are interested in joining the process of betatesting receiving the beta you can still submit on CEP forums (here for English language, here for Italian language, here for Spanish language) writing your name or nickname, age, country and a mail where you'll receive the beta with the specific "betatesting tasks", subscriptions will be accepted until Friday 31 at 9.00 pm (European). CEP 0.12 will be released on Saturday 8th April, after the betatesting phase.
Some explanations and news about new version: I have completely redone from scratch the sponsorships system, so you'll find 100 new sponsorships much more rationals and properly connected to the respective country (i.e. no more Hungarian newspapers as sponsors in Brazilian league, for example) that will increase their wages depending on team prestige. I have redone the teams prestige system too, that now is based on number of fans and economical power, so that will be very hard that a new star player will be transfered from Chelsea to River Plate for example (because of the economical relevance of the first): this is connected to a great change that I want to implement for the next version in career: the game will start only with very minor teams (low prestige): this means much more realism: you'll have to start from minor league and minor divisions to conquer the glory necessary to be the coach of a big team: no more starting from Italian and English premier divisions, but from minor ones trying to reach the best teams and the best sponsorships (an anticipation: a sort of "last level" for sponsors will be the mountains of money of Sky Sports, that will be the partner only of the top teams); if you don't like this realistical approach to the career game you will be able to revert to normal career setting being able to train Manchester Utd since the first year, but I really suggest to try the new CEP career experience.
I've not received yet news and suggestions about file mirrors and servers for CEP 0.12 and I hope that we can resolve this problem too, considering the number of dls for the 0.11 files (37,100!), I don't think that Filefront will be able to substain all the users downloading the 0.12 version.
A personal note: I've not been selected by "EA talents scouts" for Fifa 2007, so I'm afraid I will not be able to help EA releasing a slightly more detailed version of their game for next year, but be sure that the CEP will keep its releases for Fifa 2007 version too, even if with the delusion that the work done with the CEP has not been taken in consideration by the author of this game.News Reporter:

CEP 0.12 Screenshots |
The next version of CEP is near to be released: as I wrote previously I think it's better to wait a week more delaying the publication of 0.12 to the first week of April, allowing the team of CEP betatesters to find all the small and minor glitches to avoid, as possible, the releases of fixes for 0.12.
You can see the impressive list of things already done in the Status section of the CEP homepage while you'll find the list of future additions in the Release page. I'm posting many screenshots of the incoming new CEP 0.12 version that are following the development of the patch: you can find them, updated daily, on CEP forums here together with the last news on CEP development.
The CEP 0.12 will feature a deep restyling of the GUI interface, while the week after CEP 0.12 release I'll realize a new version of the CEP Kits Addon with more hundreds of excellent kits, and a full cover of World Cup 2006 new kits and minikits.
I hope to be able to provide much more file mirrors for version 0.12: if you have to propose a good file server for CEP 0.12 please contact me on CEP forums.News Reporter:

I feel an update coming... |
NK FOOTBALL is making a new approach at the latest update, which is to be released this Friday!
I am currently downloading fan compilation videos of players' and teams and implementing certain ideas into the 'tuning' of the update to affect the way the game plays. For example it is now possible to score outside the box, without having to have a very powerful shot. The reason could be bad goalkeeper positioning or simply great shot accuracy! It is extremely rewarding to score an amazing goal, when you realise it is Ronaldinho who's scored it for you. But this is by no means poor goalkeeper skill as they are still very aware and save some amazing shots and thanks to new ball physic tuning it looks even better!
The higher skilled players' can take on defenders and out-pace them. You can string together some beautiful plays and NK FOOTBALL is dedicated to bringing you the most exciting, thrilling, challenging and rewarding experience for your FIFA 06 game.Look out for FIFA "GAMEPLAY UPDATE" 06 this Friday, only at FIFA-MRA. News about CEP 0.12 |
The development of CEP bring new excellent news for this project underlying its open and wide character: the excellent romanian site FifaRomania joined the CEP family and will bring for us, for the 0.12 version, the full first Romanian division; the Greek author of greek add-on (already present in its past version in CEP) developed a complete site at Fifa Madness and renewed his partecipation to CEP bringing us his excellent updates for Greece first division. The brazilian community of Fifa Next too joined us in this ambitios project of gathering the talents of the Fifa scene, and will bring for us brazilian updates and graphical enhancements for this wonderful league. The work of Demonio with his incredible minikits is excellent as ever and will bring for CEP a bunch of updated minikits for the next version. In the meanwhile, Donovan, that, together with Fifaccitiu and Jose Delgado has to be considered as one of the main chief members of the CEP project, completed his amazing work on CONCACAF leagues, and this means that we will have very soon and partially in 0.12 version too, leagues from the Central and North America: Guatemala, Honduras, Canada, Costarica and full updates for USA MLS league. This and much more you will find in next version of the CEP.
I noticed that the Filefront servers are not doing properly their work, with an incredible slowness for no-american users: I wanted to wait for the 0.12 versions to bring new mirrors but due to the requests of many users who still don't have their CEP 0.11, I'll put a complete list of mirror ftp servers today, in the evening, for CEP 0.11 and Kits Addon; in the meanwhile the number of downloads only for CEP 0.11 has reached more than 22.000 dls, without considering all the external links provided for some communities, the overall number of CEP downloads, with its addons and patches is near to 40.000: thanks to all for your appreciation of our work.
Something about future releases: 0.12 version, due to need of intense testing, will be released probably not on the last week of March, but on the first of April: we need a bit more betatesters, so if you think that you have the time to test intensely the 0.12 release please candidate yourself on CEP forums. Immediately after the 0.12 release I'll realize a new full version of CEP Kits Addon that will feature all the last creations from the best Fifa artist together with a full update of WC 2006 kits; the 0.13 version of May should be the definitive one, probably being namely "2.0 version" of the CEP; then the work for Fifa 2007 will start. Stay tuned in the afternoon on CEP homepage for news on new mirrors to download from and on Sweetpatch portal, the best resource for Fifa users.News Reporter:

New great CEP members |
Another good news for the CEP development: a great german community joined our project: the FifaDome community will cover updates and graphical enhancements for 1. Bundesliga, 2. Bundesliga, Swizterland and Austria leagues; ZonaFifa.net too joined the CEP offering their help for the graphical elements like adboards and minikits: this is another step toward a wider effort to provide the best talents of the Fifa scene for a definitive add-on for the Fifa serie. In the meanwhile you can find a new gameplay for CEP inside downloads section, a very hard one from NK, you can discuss it and suggest improvements on other aspects of CEP project on CEP forums. The work on new leagues is very fast and you can check it in the status section of this website.News Reporter:

FIFA Gameplay Update 06 |
The highly respected Nick Clubman has released his latest version of his FIFA Gameplay Update 06, it is even CEP compatible!
This latest version provides: - Gamespeed
- Attribute fiddling free
Unlike some updates that rely on altering the real player attributes to specific set values for each player on the field both home and away (clones), FIFA Gameplay Update 06 does not and relies solely on the difficulty and diversity of what is the best gameplay update for your FIFA 06 ™ video game. NK FOOTBALL © guarantees you the best FIFA football available. - Diversity
The CPU will attack you in different ways. They won’t try the same old attack again and again, creating a very ‘flat’ football game. Instead they will use tactical through balls and take shots unexpectedly. Penalty kicks are so much more fun. If the keeper gets his glove to the ball, it doesn’t necessarily make it a save! The ball can hit the post and go in, he might save the shot, but it still goes in or he might dive the correct way and miss the ball altogether. It’s much more diverse now. CEP is looking for new staff members |
Many news are currently grow up in the CEP development. First of all, even if I did not publish any official news on this homepage, the CEP fans surely noticed how the development of this project took the road of a more communitarian and fans-based work: in the CEP forums, that you can reach through the navigation system of CEP homepage, have been released a lot of internal fixes and releases, following the suggestions of the users and trying to test more the fixes before publishing them. So if you are interested in all the new CEP-related releases be sure to jump in the forum checking the Internal Releases section where you can find new exciting gameplays too and where you can participate on patch improvement.
The participation of the users and fans to CEP project is really impressive and the work on the patch now consists mainly on organizing all the data sent by fans who want to see their favourite league and team in the CEP. I hope you all can keep participating in this way to this wide project of the enjoyment of all the Fifa users. The Sweetpatch website is busy now in dealing with other great Fifa communities proposing to join this effort to gather all the talents of the Fifa community in a must-have comprehensive addon that will surely have a Fifa 2007 version.
I opened the new Status section of this site to let you informed about what is in preparation for CEP and what is actually in realization status: as you can notice the ambition for the 0.12 version is indeed very great: well have a lot of new European and South American leagues along with the exclusive Euro 2008 tournament with qualification stages; after the CEP 0.12 release Ill work on the new version of CEP Kits Addon that will include all the updated WC2006 kits along with many additions from the top artists of Fifa scene. You can find all the actual version of CEP and Kits Addon in downloads section here.
CEP is still looking for collaborators: in the specific we need betatesters for the new 0.12 version that will be released probably in the last week of March, together with newser for Fifa web communities: especially for German, Portuguese and French language. Be sure to join the CEP forums to see in detail these announcements, and stay tuned for other CEP news.News Reporter:

CEP 0.11 Fix C released |
The fix C for CEP version 0.11 has been released: many improvements have been added mainly to the database, gathering the suggestions received after the version 0.11 release and the great quantity of material received: to include all the material received has not been possible to respect the date scheduled and to provide a fix that will correct the most relevant problems encountered until now, but every single mail will be taken in consideration for next versions. Main changements include:- Updated rosters and transfers for Italy, Germany, Portugal, Netherlands (huge work by CEP updaters!)
- Various updates to other teams
- Added missing players for above leagues
- Fixed glitches and bugs segnalated
- Added ascenso/descenso (promotion and relegation) to Mexican leagues
- Fixed German language error with Argentinean league
- Added Portugal language file
- Properly fixed Nike numbers on many teams
- Fixed names/number colours of many teams
- Started the adding of famous Demonio's minikits
- Restored transfers in career! (thanks to flooring1!)
- New minikits from Demonio
The glitches and bugs encountered for graphical files contained in the .big files must be scheduled to version 0.12 release. The Fix C is available in Downloads Section here.
Many and great news happened this week to the CEP project: the Colombian community Fifamustang06 joined the CEP project and soon we'll have a complete Colombia update extremely detailed. As I already wrote the Italian community Fifaonline.it joined CEP too and this will improve the quality of Italian updates: we are starting a more rationalized organization of collaboration relations here on Sweetpatch so I can dedicate my time more to CEP development and to the 0.12 version that should be ready for the end of March.
Another great news is that the famous kitmaker Demonio joined CEP project so we'll start to have the best minikits available in the Fifa editing community. In the meanwhile you can find the fix C here, in downloads section: I hope this can be the final fix for this version. Thanks to the collaboration of CEP users this version presents a "restored" version of the transfer market that should assure a good stability: the CPU needs about 1 minute at the end of season to calculate and organize all the data, but career seems fluid enough now. As always if you have problems and questions about the CEP go to the CEP forums (you can reach them through the menu on the left): your collaboration and bugs fixing is absolutely needed for the quality of this patch.
If you find the game too hard in this release, you can install the "Original EA gameplay" patch in the download section that will restore the (easy) settings of the original game: if you want go back to the hard settings you'll have to reinstall the fix C. I included a "Camera fix" too in downloads section, that will not alter anything of your game except new setting for game cameras that will allow more combinations in game. CEP will adopt new NK gameplay release when it will be ready, and it will be compatible with this patch without having to download a "special" version CEP-compatible from here: I'll put the new about the release of this gameplay here on the site along with the link to NK thread and download. In the meanwhile if you want use CEP you have to do it with the included settings. Enjoy.News Reporter:

Rinaldo's Animations Patch 06 v1.0 |
The excellent Sweetpatch Posse Developer Rinaldo has been working on his latest project, his Animations Patch. Animations are the movements made by the players during the game.
Today we release his first public release of his Animations Patch. (He will continue to develop further versions). This patch adds new player’s movements to FIFA 06. After the installation you will see your players to make movements never seen before Features: - 90° Bicycle Kick: make a cross, stay with the body perpendicular to the goal line and type D. For some people the occurrences of the bicycle kick were too high, if you want to be sure to hit the ball with the head on a high cross type W instead of D.
- 180° Bicycle Kick: make a lob pass from the midfield, stay with your back toward the the goal line and type D.
- Chest pass: make a lob pass and type S before you receive the ball.
- Fake Shot: two new movements added to the original one. Press together Z + D.
- New dribbling added
- Forward Flick: Shift + Ahead Arrow while the ball is in movement
- Quick Sole Touch + Other Internal Foot: Shift + Left Arrow (or Right Arrow) while the ball is in movement
- Heel touch behind the other leg: Shift + Left Arrow (or Right Arrow) while the ball is in movement
- Ronaldinho’s Elastico: two ways, Shift + Ahead Arrow while the ball is in movement or Shift + Right Arrow while the ball is stopped
- Double Touch and small Flick Ahead: Shift + Ahead Arrow while the ball is stopped
- Zidane’s rollcastle: as usual you can make it pressing Shift + Left Arrow and Ahead Arrow quickly while the ball is moving, now you can make a rollcastle also when the ball is stopped pressing Shift + Left Arrow
- Heel Shot: type D shortly while you have your back toward the goal line.
- New inside foot shot: type D shortly while inside the box.
- Stretch shot: type D shortly while sprinting or type D shortly before you receive the ball from a low cross in the box.
- New keeper saves: nothing to do, just play and enjoy the new skills of your keeper. You will notice that now it is easier to beat the keeper in a one-one situation.
The described movements appear casually during the game in addition to the existing ones, so you could have to play several times before to see them. I suggest to try in training mode before. Download this ground breaking patch direct from our Download Boutique and play and see FIFA 06 like you never have before. News Reporter:

CEP 0.11 Fix A released |
I decided to release a quickfix for CEP 0.11 due to a bug in Premier League in career mode: with not high-end processer (less than 3.2) the CPU is not able to calculate all the scheduled matches for EPL. Main fix to CEP 0.11 will be released as anticipated on 18th of February including all the upgrades, updates and bugs-fixing; keep segnalating, thanks. CEP 0.11 released! |
The new version of CEP is ready to download from Sweetpatch Patches Database here. Due to technical problems with Filefront I have not been able to distribute the file since the 3rd of February but this has not been related to my will. I have to thank all the collaborators that did possible the realization of this huge and impressive version of CEP that will change deeply your experience of game with Fifa 2006. A very important technical note on career modality: freezings problems seem resolved at 100% even there is always a possibility in a thousand that the game can refuse for some strange reason to manage all the extra datas contained in CEP: the situation is anyway completely different from the version 0.10 because with the help of EA authors I found some errors that could have been the cause of the freezes. At the end of each season, in career modality, the game SEEMS to freeze, calculating all the competitions for the next year: the game is NOT freezing, it just needs to compile all the tournaments, and needs about 1 minute (30 second with 3.2 processor) to let a new season begin; please let the CPU work at the end of career and save often.
This version of CEP shows which results can give the collaboration of many editors and communities in the realization of a quality free product: I have to give a personal thanking for this new version to: David Witts, who make possible for CEP to be in the most important Fifa website giving a great future to this project; Jose Delgado from Venezuela, for his personal help with graphical elements; Gonzalo, to have joined the CEP with enthusiasm regarding Argentinian kits; all the members of the incredible CEP updaters team, that lets this patch have the most impressive rosters update for a winter transfer window: Mariano Rossini, Derek Vignard, Cuzcus, Stefan Galler, Steven, Bjorn Janich, Miked, Daniel van Hoven, Machiel Vellema, Bruno167, and much others who contributed with the updates for single team: can be possible that not all your work has been included completely in the present version, but it will surely be in 0.12 and it's absolutely needed for the good realization of CEP. Thanks to Fifaccitiu for his help with tecnhical questions, as a guru of the Fifa hardcore editing. A special thank goes to the team of Fifabrasil, to Rodrigo Dhalin, Eduardo Shaggy, Mario Rorschach and Space Leo, for sharing their excellent capacities of editors of the Brazilian side of Fifa for the CEP. And thanks to the excellent Fifa web communities that joined CEP since this version:- Fifamexico, for sharing an incredible work of updating on Mexican league,
- Fifapolonia, to have gladly joined this project with their excellent capacities (effects of this joining will be greater in future versions),
- Fansfifa.net from Portugal (soon the adaption of a great work on Portugal),
- the authors of Greek Superpatch for having shared their great work with CEP,
- Mohammed Talaat for the great infos on African national teams.
A personal thanking to all the translators that did possible to have the CEP in all FIFA languages. I hope the CEP project can keep growing in this communitary direction aimed to the improvement of Fifa.
Switching to patch detail the CEP is now a simple EXE installer, just follow the instructions and the installation will be extremely easy. Remember to don't have any other patch installed over your Fifa to be sure of the correct CEP working, and remember to delete the files contained in "Fifa 06" directory inside your Documents & Settings directory. The details of the patch are the following:- Teams updated to 1/2/2006! About 1000 transfers done.

CEP is waiting for Filefront servers |
The CEP version 0.11 is ready since yesterday in the late night, as anticipated: anyway we have encountered a technical problem with Filefront servers, this is way it has not been upped yet. Download of version 0.11 will be available only from this site and has to be a Sweetpatch Filefront link, so I'm forced to wait until Filefront services will be available again.
In the meanwhile I will post the short release list indicating the main features of the new version that will be a simple exe installer (simplifying a lot the installation process for the ones that are not expert with Winrar program):
Version 0.11 - 03.02.06
- Teams updated to 1/2/2006! About 1000 transfers done.
- New leagues: Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Venezuela, Mexican Primera A, Brazil Serie A, Serie A Grecia, Serie C1A e C1B Italia.
- New Competitions: Germany World Cup 2006, Copa America, Confederations Cup, CONCACAF Gold Cup, Africa Cup of Nations, Scandinavian Royal Cup, Champions League with preliminary stages, UEFA Cup with preliminary stages, Full Italian Coppa Italia, Copa Libertadores, Copa Sudamericana, Mexican Interliga.
- 17 teams best of Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay.
- 36 Rest of Europe teams.
- 40 new national teams.
- 255 new teams.
- 6200 new players.
- 1530 new flags for added teams.
- All languages file included.
- 255 new teams.
- 6200 new players.
We encountered a problem with Polish and Portuguese translations due to the difficulty of converting these two db files: this is why Polish and Portuguese translations will be availabe later as a single little add-on. After CEP release I will concentrate on a new and improved version of Kits Addon, containing all the best kits creation for the teams existing in original Fifa: this will be another step in the direction of a great, unique project that tries to join all the best efforts of the Fifa community to improve EA game with a must-have for all add-on. I'm delighted by the general behaviour of Fifa community that is showing how much collaboration spirit exists in it and how great the future of patches making for this game will be: I'm sure that being now on the most important Fifa website, Sweetpatch, is the best way to cultivate the dream of joining all the fifa editing talents for a single masterpiece for our beloved EA game.
The list of future updates on CEP is very large since now, with Euro 2008 qualification rounds and final tournaments, World Cup qualifications stage (as in RTWC), and a lot of new leagues: Peru, Ecuador, Paraguay, Uruguay, Russia, Serbia, Sweden 2nd division, Dutch 2nd division, Japan J-League, Romania and much more. In the meanwhile let's wait the return of Filefront services.News Reporter:

CEP 0.11 is coming |
Finally CEP, the Career Expansion Patch, reached the most important Fifa community site, here on Sweetpatch: this is a great honour for this project and a strong motivation to make this work even more ambitious and wide.
CEP version 0.11 is almost ready: I finished all the code (database) and graphical elements and I'm in the phase of testing. As new additions that were not anticipated for this release you will find Mexican second division (Primera A) and Venezuela Primera Division. I'm really proud of the work I have been able to do with the winter transfers: with about 25 hours of work during the last week I managed to do about 700 transfers around the world, updating rosters and formations thanks to the great help of CEP updaters too (please, consider the possibility to join the CEP as updaters of your favourite team or league to increase the quality of this patch: see the section Join CEP! of this site for further informations). A great addition to CEP is the presence of new in-stadium flags for all South American new teams of the CEP and for Italian third division (Serie C) teams. I'm working in free time to Rest of Europe flags too to see if I will be able to add them to the version 0.11.
Next version will be released on 3rd of February here on Sweetpatch and will feature an exe installer (Warning! This will be NOT an exe installer as the one of many "superpatches" that overwrites and modify files contained in original big files of Fifa: will be just a for-dummies installation that will copy the proper files in the proper place). Regarding the problem of freezing during the transfers market I'm optimistic enough: I found many incoherences in the db and I fixed them: these errors could have been the cause of freezings so now I'm testing if this is definitively resolved. I received a mail from EA authors too trying to understand the cause of these problems: the definitive solution would be a utility that lets me understand what happens to Fifa when it freezed during transfermarket: if it's for memory leak or for a db problem, so if anyone know such a debugging utility let me know. You'll receive news about this anyway in these days. CEP 0.11 will feature full Fifa 2006 languages support thanks to an intense work of translation.
I'm very glad that the most important national websites are joining the CEP: thanks to the collaboration with Fifamexico.net we will feature an incredibly detailed Mexican league together with the second Mexican division. A great Brazilian Fifa site, Fifabrasil joined the CEP too and we are trying to add the full Brazilian Seria A to 0.11 version; anyway full Brazil Serie A and Brazilian regional leagues will be present in 0.12. A special thanking goes to Jose Delgado, a great Venezuelan graphical editor, who is helping me and the CEP to feature great improvements in South American teams graphical elements.News Reporter:

Rinaldo's Animations Patch |
The excellent Sweetpatch Posse Developer Rinaldo is working on a new project, his Animations Patch. Animations are the movements made by the players during the game.
Beta version 0.3 is now available with a lot of new dribblings and contains: - 90° Bicycle Kick: make a cross, stay with your body perpendicular to the goal line and type D.
- 180° Bicycle Kick: make a lob pass from the midfield, stay with the shoulders toward the the goal line and type D.
- Chest pass: make a lob pass and type S before you receive the ball.
- Fake Shot: two new movements added to the original one. Press together Z + D
- Elastico: Shift + Left Arrow (or Right Arrow) while the ball is stopped
- Double Touch and small Flick Ahead: Shift + Ahead Arrow while the ball is stopped
The described movements appear casually during the game in addition to the existing ones, so you could have to play several times before you see them. Rinaldo suggests to try in training mode first. You can download beta version 0.3 at file.webalice.it (usr: rzocca pwd: GPM06). Be aware that after a certain number of downloads the file is automatically deleted, if you don't find anything be patient and try later, Rinaldo will reload it periodically. Fifamania Installer 06 |
Thanks to our partners at Fifamania.it, now you can automatically install every compatible patch with 2 simple clicks on your mouse using the brand new Fifamania Installer 06 (click on image on right for full size screenshot).
It contains every position of every file in FIFA 06 and in every .BIG file of the game. It can install every file starting from .BMP or .FSH. You can also easily install patches that need to insert new files inside .BIG instead of only overwrite something and with 1.1 version you can now create a new zdata31.big. - Create a compatible patch is very easy:
- Create a .ZIP file without "Path info"
- Call the file you want to share with name of the file you want to overwrite in FIFA (example: if you want to overwrite t75__0_0_1.fsh just call your file t75__0_0_1.fsh or t75__0_0_1.bmp)
- Other features of Fifamania Installer are:
- Save as default your FIFA Download Folder
- Possibility to show a text file (just need to call "readme.txt" your instruction file and the program will recognize it)
- Possibility to show a screen shot (just need to call "screenshot.jpg" your picture file and the program will recognize it)
- Shortcut for kit makers to create compatible patches (example: instead of FSH name you can use these: teamname_home.bmp/fsh, teamname_away.bmp/fsh, teamname_3rd.bmp/fsh or teamname_gk.bmp/fsh)
- Banner to a webpage that will contain every major FIFA 06 download section.
- Authors:
- Alex Bernardi - Programmer
- Ago_ & Rinaldo - Fifa 06 Techical Help
- Alessandro Masiero & Maurizio Frigieri - Testers
- Ariel from SoccerAccess - Help on FSH
- Fabio Bresciani - Source Code from old version of Fifamania Installer

Chris Bullard wins the second FIFA Interactive World Cup |
England’s four-decade wait for a FIFA world champion is finally over, albeit on the interactive stage. On Sunday (18 December), Chris Bullard from Ipswich (England) won the FIFA Interactive World Cup 2005, and with it, the title of FIFA Interactive World Player 2005.
In a thrilling final in “The Brewery”, London, the ten best players of EA Sports FIFA 06 on Xbox went head-to-head for the honour of receiving the award on stage alongside football stars such as Ronaldinho (Brazil), Shannon Boxx (USA), Samuel Eto’o (Cameroon) and Frank Lampard (England) during the FIFA World Player Gala on Monday. In the tense final, Chris Bullard’s ten-man England team defeated Hungary’s Gabor Makos’ Brazil side 5-2 thanks to a Michael Owen brace and a Wayne Rooney hat trick. Mexico’s Ruben Morales secured third place with a 7-6 victory over Spain’s Javier Devis Lara. “The whole tournament was just brilliant. I have always wanted to win for my country. It’s just a dream come true, the best present I could ever have wished for. When my favourite player, Frank Lampard, was sent off in the 24th minute, I didn’t even think about winning anymore. But now I can represent England on stage alongside major stars, maybe even with my idol, Frank Lampard,” beamed Bullard after his victory in London. This unique gaming jamboree pitted more than 7,000 players from 25 countries against each other between 15 October and 10 December 2005, making stops in eight regional tournaments across all six confederations. This year’s virtual world champion, Chris Bullard, had secured his ticket for the grand final only hours before in the Xbox Live tournament, which was held for the first time in addition to the eight offline regional tournaments. Hundreds of spectators closely followed the action on a giant screen as the virtual and “real” football worlds came seamlessly together. Successful one-twos and shots on goal at the merest touch of a button highlighted the pure fascination of football. The finalists showed great skill in guiding their heroes – Ronaldinho and co. – over the virtual pitch in much the same way as the “true” superstars of the game. All of the finalists had trained for weeks on end to come this far. The FIFA Interactive World Cup unites the passion for football and the world of interactive entertainment. With the help of this innovative project, FIFA can explore further opportunities to promote and develop the game of football in all its guises worldwide. This groundbreaking move also ensured that FIFA was the first international sports body to launch a new tradition and to test the skills of footballers in a whole new manner. Check out FIFA's review of the day by clicking here and also their interview with Chris Bullard after he won the event by clicking here. Copyright © 1994 - 2005 FIFA. All rights reserved. Sweetpatch FIFA 06 Tournament |
Yesterday saw the first ever Sweetpatch FIFA 06 Offline Tournament at a very noisy Wadebridge Town football club in Cornwall. The evening was a Christmas party for the Under 7's and 8's teams and as part of it we laid on our very first offline FIFA 06 tournament, (and what a cracker it was too!)
16 boys played in a knock out style tournament with everyone playing as England (apart from the final where both lads agreed to play as Brazil). It was 2 hours solid of great enthusiasm and noisy support from all the boys and their parents. By the time we reached the final the 2 best players of the evening met (Elliott Dunnett and Harry Webster) with the winner (Harry) certainly deserving to take home the coveted Sweetpatch FIFA 06 World Cup with him, winning the final 4v2. Harry played very well in all his matches and has a lovely lob over the advancing keeper as his party piece for scoring most of his break away goals. Well played boys and we certainly all had a very successful evening and the concept of Sweetpatch Offline Tournaments is certainly born and more than kicking. Check out the page dedicated to this event, with plenty of photos from the night, by clicking here. News Reporter:

FIFA Interactive World Cup 2005 - French Winner |
Paris played host this weekend to the eighth and final leg of the FIFA Interactive World Cup and saw Spain's Javier Devis Lara reign victorious in a gripping final. Following his victory a jubilant Javier was ecstatic. "To come here and take on some of the best gamers, not only in Europe but from around the world was an amazing experience". He added: "Now, I'm off to London to represent my country and I'm also taking home an Xbox 360 and two tickets to the final of the FIFA World Cup! Unbelievable!"
The Carrousel du Louvre had a truly international flavour at the start of the day as gamers from all over Europe: Belgium, Spain, Norway and Sweden joined those from the UK, USA and of course, France. With such a diverse contingent it came as no surprise to see a wide variety of styles on show. The first semi final saw Javier take on France's Franck Mandry. Both sides selected Brazil and it wasn't long before Ronaldinho put Javier on the scoresheet with a long-range Ronaldinho shot. Minutes later he made it two and it was only a save from Dida that prevented the Spaniard from turning round at 3-0 up. A cheeky Ronaldo shot inside the six-yard box pulled one back for Franck in the opening minutes of the second half but Javier's defence locked out the opposition's attack for the remainder of the half and secured him a place in the final. The second semi final saw goals for both Belgium's Tom Van Rousselt and the USA's Matija Biljeskovic early in the game. A midfield battle ensued with both teams breaking through and threatening the opposition's defence on several occasions. Despite some exciting play both goalkeepers prevented either side from scoring and with extra time producing no further goals it was down to a penalty shoot out to decide the winner. Both players scored five out of five from the spot so it was a case of "sudden death". At the seventh attempt Lucio missed his spot-kick for Tom and it was Roberto Carlos who smashed the ball home to take Matija into the final. Both the Spaniard and the American took to the field as Brazil and it was all about Ronaldinho in the first half as he powered two shots home for Javier to give him a comfortable 2-0 cushion. Despite some sharp attacks, Matija couldn't break through the opposition's defence thanks to some athletic saves from Dida. In the 85th minute Matija clawed back a goal thanks to a well worked move and a good finish from Ronaldo but it was a case of too little too late and at the final whistle Javier became the eighth winner of the 2005 regional tournament. He now joins the other winners from this year's regional tournament in next Sunday's Grand Final - in the meantime well done Javier! Javier will have little time to bask in his glory - in under one week he will travel to London to take on nine other competitors, the cream of the world's best FIFA 06 players, in a bid to become the FIFA Interactive World Player 2005. The tournament culminates in the FIFA Interactive World Cup Grand Final held in London this coming Sunday (December 18, 2005). The winner of the tournament will be named FIFA Interactive World Player 2005 and take centre stage to receive his/her trophy among some of the biggest names in football at this year's prestigious FIFA World Player Gala in Zurich on 19 December 2005. FIFA Interactive World Cup 2005 - German Winner |
Gabor Mokos came back from the brink of elimination at the semi-final stage to go on and win the final of the German regional tournament and secure his place in the Grand Final.
Gabor's road to victory started earlier in the day as he joined the queue with other gamers at the doors in Cologne's Palladium. Hundreds of players from all over Germany had joined those from further afield such as Switzerland, Finland, Hungary, Austria and the UK all eager to win not only the tournament and the right to represent their country in the Grand Final but also two tickets to the Final of the 2006 FIFA World Cup™ and a much-sought after Xbox 360. The first semi final saw Switzerland's Oezden Fedagar take on Alex Holzhammer from Germany in all-Brazil affair. Alex took control of the match in its early stages with a great header from Adriano and the Brazilian made it two just before half time with a stunning volley. The second half saw a more-evenly matched contest for the first quarter before Adriano scored again for Alex. It looked like his team would keep a clean sheet until Adriano scored in for the opposition in the 84th to make it 3-1. Any chance of a comeback was immediately snuffed out though as Robinho nodded in a header for the German and gave Alex a place in the final. The second semi final saw one of the comebacks of the tournament to date as Gabor's team fought back from what seemed to be an impossible 4-1 deficit. In the second half Rui Costa narrowed the gap with a hard drive from outside the box before Shevchenko equalized with a well-worked header. Extra time bought a new lease of life to AC Milan as Inzaghi took two to make it 6-4. The final was an altogether more subdued affair and sadly saw little of the drama that had characterized its preceding matches. Gabor's men gave him a one goal lead in the fourth minute but Alex's Brazil team were unlucky not to equalize after Ronaldo hit the woodwork. Gabor showed no sign of nerves as he tried to chip the 'keeper on one occasion and absorbed wave after wave of Brazilian attacks to hold his lead. At the final whistle the Hungarian was clearly relieved to have survived with such a slender lead for much of the match and paid credit to his opponent: "Alex was a strong opponent and he played superbly". Gabor was congratulated by Reiner and sent on his journey to the Grand Final by an enthusiastic crowd who will no doubt continue to cheer for him in when he takes on the competition in London on December 18th. The FIFA Interactive World Cup moves to France next week, visiting Paris to pick up its final representative. The tournament will then culminate in the FIFA Interactive World Cup Grand Final which will be held in London on December 18, 2005. The winner of the tournament will be named FIFA Interactive World Player 2005 and take centre stage to receive his/her trophy among some of the biggest names in football at this year's prestigious FIFA World Player Gala in Zurich on 19 December 2005. FIFA Interactive World Cup 2005 - Australian Winner |
Australia's recent victory over Uruguay and their return to the world footballing stage in next summer's FIFA World Cup™ has led to a surge of interest in the beautiful game down under. This passion was reflected in the arrival of hundreds of gamers and football fans from all over Australia at Sydney's Overseas Passenger Terminal to compete in the FIFA Interactive World Cup.
Against the stunning backdrop of the Sydney Opera House and the Harbour Bridge visitors poured through the doors eager to start their bid to win the tournament and compete in London's Grand Final. The two semi-finals were both close affairs with all four players turning out as Italian teams and exhibiting plenty of European flair. After two great matches the stage was set for a final between Tahir Latif and Giovanni Fichera. It took only ten minutes for Tahir's AC Milan side to get on the scoresheet with a scrappy goal from Shevchenko and only minutes later Inzaghi made it two after sloppy defensive play from Giovanni's Juventus defence. Juventus tried hard to get back into the game with some classy moments and strong pressure and were unlucky to turnaround without a goal. They continued to attack in the second half but clinical finishing from an AC Milan corner by Shevchenko provided the nail in the coffin and gave Tahir not only a well-deserved victory but a place in the Grand Final. The FIFA Interactive World Cup returns to Europe next week, visiting Cologne to pick up its second European representative. The tournament will culminate in the FIFA Interactive World Cup Grand Final which will be held in London on December 18, 2005. The winner of the tournament will be named FIFA Interactive World Player 2005 and take centre stage to receive his/her trophy among some of the biggest names in football at this year's prestigious FIFA World Player Gala in Zurich on 19 December 2005. FIFA Interactive World Cup 2005 - USA Winner |
Los Angeles played host to a gripping FIFA Interactive World Cup tournament which saw the winner of the Mexican qualifying tournament storm to victory ahead of his US rivals. Ruben Morales travelled all the way from Mexico City to take on the best gamers from all over the USA at the Globe Theatre at Universal Studios and returned home with the title of Champion!
The already exceptional standard of game play went even higher as the day moved into the closing stages. As the tournament moved into the final 16 there was little to choose between the competitors and big scores were few and far between. The first semi final saw Filip Stoynev take on Ali Elabari in a great match that had the crowd on their feet. Adriano put Filip's Brazil side ahead in the 30th minute with a powerful shot but AC Milan counterattacked immediately from the restart and were rewarded quickly by a goal from Shevchenko. Eventually, Brazilian firepower won through with goals from Adriano and Ronaldo putting Filip into the final despite a late surge from a well-organised Milan side. The second semi final saw an all-Brazil affair as Ruben Morales took on Isidro Sifuentes. These guys gave their public a masterclass in attacking play with goals coming thick and fast from both sides from the off. However, it was the Mexican's day as a Ronaldo goal put his side ahead and took him into the final. Both players chose the pace and flair of Brazil for the final match and Adriano again proved why he's one of the best finishers in the game by providing an early goal for Ruben. Shortly afterwards Carlos got in on the act to make the score 2-0 and leave Filip with a mountain to climb to remain in the game. However, despite his best efforts, Ruben eased to victory and secured his place in the Grand Final. The FIFA Interactive World Cup team move on down under as they travel to Sydney for next week's tournament to find Australia's entrant to the Final - see you there! FIFA Interactive World Cup 2005 - South Africa Winner |
David Letsoalo won the Johannesburg tournament of the FIFA Interactive World Cup in a thrilling penalty shoot out at the end of a fantastic day at the Action Sports Academy in Johannesburg. The 16-year-old was left speechless at the final whistle as he realised the extent of his achievement.
He began the day having never played EA SPORTS™ FIFA 06 on Xbox® and returned home with an Xbox 360 and two tickets to the final of the 2006 FIFA World Cup™ in Germany! Commenting on his victory, David said: "This is amazing! I've had a great day and played against some great opponents and now I'm off to London to the Grand Final!" His Manchester United team took on the Juventus team of Itumeleng Modise in a game that despite its pace and action produced no goals over the first 90 minutes. Both goalkeepers produced some athletic saves to keep both teams in the game and even a devastating run from Rooney that left three defenders trailing wasn't enough to put David in the lead. In extra time it was Manchester United who made all the runs but couldn't convert. As extra-time finished, the crowd's excitement reached a crescendo as penalties loomed. After five attempts each it was Manchester United who left the field as victors. With four tournaments gone the FIFA Interactive World Cup travels next to Universal Globe Theatre, Los Angeles, USA on Saturday 19th November. New EA Sports FIFA 06 Site Features |
Have you seen the awesome new features that EA Sports have added to their official website for FIFA 06?
It includes a brilliant feature where you can select your team and then challenge a friend's team. After you have selected your teams it builds up to the match which you will play in, plays the match and then does the post match review. At the end you can then send on the match report to your mate. Click on the image on the right to see an example where I signed for Chelsea and took Nidge's, (of SFTLA fame), Liverpool on. Also, if you love football stats you can now track your team with in-depth stats, the latest football news or a quick league overview. You can also keep an eye on who's top of the Premiership with the league table and take in the latest football news via our ESPN SoccerNet feed. If you want to go into more detail there's the new Football Stats section in the menu. Here you can see the league table and upcoming fixtures for the Premiership, Championship, Leagues and Conference. If you want more detail, My Stats lets you customise a page of stats from a huge variety of options and leagues. Stats centre goes into even more depth - check out any team you like. Visit the official website for FIFA 06 today as we think EA have done a brilliant job of upgrading it. News Reporter:

Best Goals Scored by FIFA 06 Gamers |
Coming soon, Chris Houston is looking to set up a new website at www.fifagoals.co.uk containing the best goals scored by FIFA 06 gamers. All you need to do to join in the fun is:
- Firstly head over to the FRAPS website and download the program that records your goals by clicking here.
- Once downloaded, run the application – it may bring up an error message saying that your graphics card is out of date (in that case, update your card). If your card is not updated the play back will be choppy.
- Once it is open, minimise it and start up FIFA 06, you can either record it direct from the game or record from a saved replay.
- When you are ready to record press the hotkey F9 to start the recording process and the same again to end. (Note: You will note if FRAPS is running because the FRAMES PER SECOND figure will be shown in the top left hand corner).
- The video file will be saved in (c:/fraps) and will be shown as a video clip.
- Double click the video and it should open up. There you have it! Your greatest FIFA moments shown on camera!
- All you need to do then is WinZip or WinRar it and send it to Chris by clicking here.
- He will compress the file and will upload it to the website for everyone to see and rate.
Go on, you know you want to show off your favourite FIFA 06 goals to the world. Start sending them to Chris today and make this site a great success. News Reporter:
