Sweetpatch, de meest geaccepteerde babe in Fifa-land

That's right folks, Mark Muyres over at SoccerGamez has posted an article with this as the title (it is in Dutch). Translated it means "Sweetpatch, the most popular site in Fifa world". Now there's a statement!

Kind regards to another Mark from Fifa Benelux who has roughly translated the article for me as follows:

"FIFA players that are looking for a new challenge must visit Fifa-MRA.com. The site has all the patches you are looking for. Also you can meet the girl with green hair and a nice flash in her eye. She gives you a nice preview of the site and tells all the latest facts. We interviewed David and he informed us that his job is Head of ICT and he lives in Cornwall. There is also a new Spanish version of the MRA site".

Thanks to both Marks for this, and if you can read Dutch then visit SoccerGamez to find out the full story.

Great News as Jerseyland.com Website is Re-Launched

I recieved this message from Soccered.com:
About a year ago a site closed down, becuase it was not equiped for the future, the server was poor and the designing was worse. However this site was still popular becasuse it offered to our community something that we all want, a home for the best kits on the web. The Jerseyland (formerly www.thejerseyland.com) died with Fifa 2000, but we have some good news.

After many e-mails of concern about whether it would rise again we have relaunched the site. The site will have in the next couple weeks over 900 kits for all the major leagues in Fifa 2001. All the kits will be top class as they will all be made by one person.

To kick off the relaunch we have released 76 never seen before kits. These kits make up every kit for the English Premier League and the Spanish Primera Liga. A bonus is the kits are revised for the 2001-2002 season. To demonstarte the quality two screenshots will show every kit made so far.
The Url for the new site is http://jerseys.soccered.com or http://thejerseyland.soccered.com. In the next few days we will release all the Serie A kits, as well as all the Bundesliga kits. Here are two scrrenshots of their English and Spanish kits.

    Welcome aboard Jonathan

We very much welcome our latest addition to the MRA Team who is Jonathan Hart. He is joining us to develop a brand new approach to Patch Reviews, and I can assure you he has some great ideas. Let Jonathan introduce himself to you all:

"I'm 25 years old, living in the United States, and I've been playing football for the past 20 years. My first FIFA game was FIFA 97, although it wasn't until FIFA 99 that I really got interested in the various patches that were out there.

I was trained as a journalist, but now I work as a web developer for an agricultural auction site. I hope to be able to provide members of the FIFA MRA community with valuable information about the various patches that are out there, so they can decide for themselves which downloads they want to use.

I play striker for my company's five-a-side team and support Tranmere Rovers, Barcelona (my brother lived in Spain), Ajax (my sister-in-law lives in Amsterdam) and a local division 2 side in the U.S, the Richmond Kickers".

It is great to have another keen member join our ever expanding MRA Team. You can also find Jonathan's humorous profile by visiting our Team section.

    First Fifa Clan League

Hello to all of you!!! I have great news for all FIFA 2001 players in the world. Yesterday our friend Mark Muyres from Modemleague.com contacted us with the following information. So here is the original message:

    "Dear Webmaster
Fifa2001 is absolutely the most popular soccergame of the moment. And more and more people are playing the game online against people from all over the world. At Modemleague.com we try to increase the pleasure of online gaming. Since football is ment to be a team sport, we got the idea of creating a Clan League for Fifa. In this Clan League, clans consisting of 5 players will play against each other. The sign up for this worldwide spectacle starts today. The league however will start on August 15 (this is because of the summerholidays).

I would highly appreciate it if you would inform your visitors about this...

Thanking you in advance and let me know if I can be of assistance.

    Best Wishes,
    Mark Muyres

    SoccerGameZ launched

This week saw the launch of SoccerGameZ. With a good intro, the Dutch gaming site GameZ.nl, entered a whole new dimension. SoccerGameZ will inform visitors about soccer games on every console, but they also create big reports about good gaming sites. Perhaps they might even review us if we speak to them nicely!

Visit SoccerGameZ now and check out their great new work and site design.
